One of the best dining experiences we’ve had was at Bonefish Grill in Crocker Park. My husband and I decided to try something new on a last-minute whim, and we’re so glad we did! The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was absolutely delicious, and our server, Jahne (I believe that was her name), was exceptional—kind, friendly, attentive, and truly made our evening special. We have an amazing meal. We have never been here before the staff was friendly and they were attentive. We didn’t wait long for anything in our orders were perfect. As with most places these days food prices have spiraled out of control. My salmon was reasonably priced but there are fillets and other things on the menu that are just absolutely outrageous. Couple that with the automatic 20% and request for 25% tip and it becomes even more so. The people are nice and super friendly I had a great time talking with our server the old-fashioned was very delicious the presentation was very impressive. The green beans on the other hand were tough flavorless and difficult to complete. The mashed potatoes once mixed with the salmon cherry sauce it was very delicious. The bread was bread. I myself am not impressed with bread because it’s bread The olive oil pesto sauce or is delicious but again it’s just bread. The house salad was decent however one of my cherry tomatoes was bad and when it burst in my mouth it was very disgusting. Nothing is perfect.

My husband and I kept hearing about this from a co-worker and we finally went. The Prisoner of Love Dinner pairing at bonefishgrillwestlake was amazing. We couldn’t keep up with the drinks and I forgot to capture dessert but everything was delicious and paired perfectly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
You should Definitely try it. We already reserved our seats for next month’s pairing and will be going every month . All the staff, managers and host are excellent in service and made sure the dining experience was Top Tier ‼️

Elegant decor and delicious food, with a great menu. I always heard this place was good, and ended up stumbling in and discovering a wonderful brunch menu. Exceptional service and my food was perfect. I’ll be back. Nice seasonal menu and drinks. Larger room for parties.

Sooooo… what a wonderful time we had today! My dear neighbor took me to lunch for my birthday. We actually started out for the location in Independence, but my gut said, “Let’s go here instead.”

Our wait staff was amazing! No for real! Customer service these days has declined to such a low level that when you experience even basic service, we get happy.
Today was real care & a warm attitude. She anticipated our needs and was attentive without being a nuisance. She was very familiar with the menu and so was able to explain and make good suggestions.
She was patient, personable, & genuine. We wound up staying much longer than we planned because the time flew because we were having so much fun!
The food from the water, to the bread & oil, to the appetizers, to the main entree was very good as well.
And what a lovely surprise dessert for my birthday! I even got to choose!
We will definitely return!

Went there for a birthday party for a family member and had a wonderful time. The day didn’t get off to that good of start, we had way more people show up than we anticipated and the restaurant had to scramble to accommodate everyone. They did a outstanding job in making sure everybody was comfortable . And put us into a private room where we weren’t intruding on the crowd and vice versa. Food service was excellent. Management bent over backwards to make sure that we were well taken care of and it was truly appreciated. One of our party ( me ) just didn’t like the original entree that I ordered. I won’t call it out because you may love it. But when I mentioned this to my server she went and got the manager and they did everything you would expect someone to do if they’re going to make it right for the customer. Told me to look at the menu pick something else out that I’d like and sent it out there for me. What more could you ask for? And in closing I would highly recommend this establishment for dinners both intimate and large and I want to again emphasize that the service made a tremendous difference I want to thank everyone involved.

Fantastic experience. The manager/owner of this local restaurant went above and beyond our expectation to make our wedding anniversary dinner top rate. Our server who had also seated us, was fantastic. She was kind, courteous, attentive and prompt. Another staff member who was not even directly serving us, stopped to wish us a happy anniversary, with a smile.

Went for Mother’s Day celebration. Reserved our table a couple weeks ahead. When we got there they were planning on a high table but that wouldn’t work with our grandchildren. The staff was flexible and friendly and they pivoted and gave us a low table in the more private dining area and it was great! I was VERY impressed how the ENTIRE team served our party of 8 seamlessly. Most restaurants don’t do well stepping up with holiday rush type of day but this team worked seamlessly! We will be back…they have the required trifecta for a restaurant, quality food, ambiance and service! Great job on a crazy busy Mother’s Day! Great team service!
