Newk’s Eatery – A Yummy Spot for Families and Special Moments
While out with my family during that in-between time — too late for lunch, too early for dinner — we discovered Newk’s Eatery. The unique name caught our attention. My daughter checked the restaurant online, and everything appeared welcoming, so we decided to try it. I am very glad we did.
The space is lovely, family-friendly, clean, fresh, and open. We are a family of six, ranging in age from 7 to 65, and everyone found something enjoyable to eat.
One of our dishes did not taste right. We returned it to our waitress, who replaced it quickly and politely. That level of service made a strong impression.
This will now be a regular stop for our family.

Service was fine. Pizza was very good. Chicken tortilla soup was very good. Potato soup knocked it out of the park. Fruit was ultra fresh. Superior to other soup and salad options at the $15 price point

Wow!! I got dinner for my me, my son, and his girlfriend. It was amazing. She just loved adding salmon to her Greek salad. My Newks Fav salad was perfect, as always. My son’s Newk’s Q and Mac and cheese was shared all around the table. Keep up the amazingness!!

I recently visited this Newk’s Eatery and was disappointed with the customer service at the register. The hispanic lady manager working the front did not come across as very welcoming—there was little eye contact, no greeting, and the interaction felt rushed and uninviting. I enjoy Newk’s food, but a friendly and courteous experience at the register makes a big difference. I hope this location can work on improving customer engagement.

I’ve tried Newks salads to-go a few times. Twice I’ve received poor quality food. Be sure to inspect your food before leaving the store. My last visit was this evening at 1975 Cobb Parkway, I ordered the green goddess salad. When I got home 5 min after picking it up, the avocado on top of the salad was rotten. The salad was also missing bacon. You will receive a text from Newks asking for your feedback about your order. When you rate your order you’ll receive a canned reply from someone named Adriana stating they find the feedback invaluable and will work to improve. You’ll won’t receive anything on how they will make it right. Nope, they take your money and reply with a bot response.

Great eatery that specializes in sandwiches, soups, Flatbread, and pizzas. Fair prices. Friendly staff. You order, they give you a number card, and you find your table. The staff brings the food to you and you leave your dishes at the table when you are done. The tomato basil soup was excellent, very flavorful. The Newk Club sandwich was really good too especially the sauce! The eatery is clean and well kept to include the restrooms. I will definitely be coming back again.
