5 minutes to be greeted and seated,then at 20 minutes, then i myself asked the host if we could get a server cause 3 other were sat and got drinks. Big shout out to the young girl that served us and was very attentive cause she was thrown to a table that was already not very thrilled with service. Clean environment and seemed to be well staffed. And maybe it just wasnt a good time. But hope to see progress in communication and customer service!

The smokehouse combo with ribs, brisket quesadilla, fries, and white cheddar macaroni and cheese was decent although I wouldn’t classify the ribs as the best ones I’ve ever had since I had better. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient since the restaurant wasn’t busy.

Honestly, we love Chili’s, they have been consistently meeting or exceeding our expectations for over a decade here in Stillwater, the food always comes out the way you expect, tasty and fresh. Customer service is excellent here in Stillwater Chili’s too. My only recommendation is come before rush hour, that’s all, otherwise this is an excellent go to dinner experience worth revisiting time and time again. Great restaurant, can’t complain.

Food was good but the fajita steak was super tough and very bland. The one thing that always gets me confused is when an establishment doesn’t put salt and pepper shakers in the table like at this place.
Margaritas are under sized and over priced at $12 each but they taste very good.

Food Service was beyond slow. Parties who came in, seated, and ordered after us were served, paid and left before we got our food. We waited approximately 1 hour for our order. Considering nothing on the menu takes that long to prepare, we couldn’t understand what was taking so long. The servers even brought out the salads and soups twice, the second after we’d already eaten them. We had to send them back to the kitchen. Our server kept bringing out fresh drinks, even though we didn’t need them, as a distraction tactic to keep our minds off the wait time for food. It just brought more attention to the delay. We never saw a manager, and hesitated to ask for one. Obviously the kitchen was disorganized in their order processing. This is the reason we VERY RARELY go to Chili’s anymore. EVERY TIME we go, we experience a problem. We still keep trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves. This may be our only visit this year. Its time to throw in the towel.

Incompetent servers here, their credit card machine was broken and they kept insisting it was my 4 different cards until the manager came out and fixed it in 30 seconds. Took at least 10 minutes to even find our waitress in the first place.
The people working in the bar are great though.

Walked in and got seated on a night where it was moderately busy, but we were in a section that was rather empty. We waited for 20 minutes with menus on our table without being served drinks. We were also not asked by any staff if we needed any help or assistance. We had at least 5 different staff members walk right past us. After 20 minutes we decided to get up and leave.

Food was good. Spicy shrimp tacos. Were ok but not great. Needed more seasoning but I did eat them. Chicken enchilada soup is always good. They ran out of the hard seltzer I wanted but they suggested something else that was good.

It’s hard to ever tell whether the food is good or not at Chili’s. It’s a lucky draw. One day you get great amazing memory worthy food and then one day you order the same thing only to look back at that other day when the food was actually good. Nevertheless, reading through the large menu is fun and always there’s something new to try!
