This was, without a doubt, the worst fast-food experience I have had in recent memory. I am leaving one star because zero stars is not an option.
First, the basic stuff: they were out of pretty much every sauce. How does a major food chain run out of sauces? It set a terrible tone, but it got worse. I was informed they were out of small cups. Instead of offering to upgrade me to a medium to fix their supply chain error, I was given the option of either getting an xtra small or pay extra for the medium drink. Excuse me? I have to foot the bill because someone screwed up the ordering? Already furious, I reluctantly paid the upcharge.
But the final insults were waiting for me at home. The drink they up charged me, a Sprite, I took a sip and realized it was just plain water. I made everyone in the house try it, thinking maybe my annoyance was making me overreact, but the verdict was unanimous, it was water. Additionally, when I placed my order for a Daily Double I tripled checked the ingredients to make sure there were no tomatoes in it. The kiosk didn’t give me an option to remove tomatoes, so I assumed the burger didn’t come with them. Lo and behold, tomatoes on the burger. Please fix that kiosk system. So, I paid extra for an unwanted size, didn’t get my sauces, and didn’t even get the basic products I ordered. This location is poorly managed. Avoid at all costs.

They have horrible employees. I ordered thru the app to do pick up. They forgot half my order. It was breakfast deluxe.. they forgot the major part. I drive and get to my location to eat. No forks, syrup butter or napkins. How do they operate. Honestly they need to be restrained from top to bottom. Triple check your order with this location or go to the one in walmart.

The food order was incorrect, and when my boyfriend brought it to the staff’s attention, they refused to correct it and were laughing about it. It’s no surprise the reviews are so low. The management should reconsider their hiring choices; there are many people who need jobs and would bring better work ethic to the table.

Not even one sauce per item. It’s ridiculous. You would think it comes out of their pockets. Pick up orders always take way too long too.

No napkins again, good thing I asked him if they are in the bag he gave me some because look at this McChicken sandwich that I got through drive-thru that I’m probably going to want to eat driving not possible

Be it as it may I only had one item in my curbside order PLEASE TRY to be more efficient!!!! Don’t be be suspenseful and wonder if I want napkins. Since you’re walking out just bring some napkins with you just in case or put it in bag. It doesn’t give you the option to ask for napkins in the app. A lot of restaurants they carry ketchup and sauces and straws and napkins in their safety vest so that they have it handy and ready that makes much sense to me. And to top it all off when I ask him to bring me some napkins he turns around, nods, goes inside, and never come back out! SSMMMHH Really how rude!

Ordered online from them, got everything but my shamrock shake and my nuggets. The shake I got was a large size and vanilla flavor when I purchased regular size shamrock shake. And Then my Nuggets!?? Melted Cheese???? not even one nugget was in there when I opened It. Also tried to call them and went straight to voicemail but their voicemail box is full…. Great service
And whoever did my order I hope both sides of your pillow are warm

This McDonald’s is terrible. About 80% of the time, something is missing from my order. You can ask for nuggets and somehow they don’t find it important to include the sauce you requested. It’s frustrating and feels like they just don’t care. I’m not sure if they’re being stingy or just careless, but this location seriously needs new management or someone who actually values customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous. I did mobile order to pickup and it said it was ready but when i got there it was not. I waited there for more than 1 hour for the food to be handed to me. I kept asking where was my order nicely to see if they can check and they ignored me. I was loosing my patience, I couldn’t even cancel my order to get a refund so I was forced to stay there until I got my order. I was late for work because of this. An hour in of waiting a gentleman helped me and said he didn’t see my order on the screen. Which was so weird because I had ordered it a while back. A lot of people were waiting there for up to an hour too and were very upset. The lady next to me had a uber eats order and customer was very upset. We all wasted out times waiting because we couldn’t get refunded it’s unacceptable.

Do not go here. Clearly taking advantage of the community. Orders are consistently INCORRECT. They are about 10% more expensive than other McDonald’s in nearby cities. You can’t get someone to answer the phone and their mailbox is full. Worst experience ever.
