I normally eat here pretty often. But tonight made me realize that I need to start cooking more. I ate most of my food on the way home, and when I got home and sat down to finish, I saw a piece of hair, naughty hair in my food. I am disgusted I feel sick to my stomach. I am disappointed

I went through the drive thru tonight and placed my order for a family of 5. When I arrived at the pick-up window, an employee and her manager instantly scolded me for ordering “too much food”. I was openly fat shamed in front of a nearby audience and it embarrassed me beyond belief. The workers then exchanged bags of food with me back and forth through the window because they kept giving me the wrong order. The entire process felt extremely unsanitary. If they were so comfortable passing my food into stranger’s hands and then back into their kitchen, then what does that say about the safety and cleanliness of my own food once I receive it?
I’m just disappointed with my experience. I think there’s better way to treat people in this kind of situation. For example, I would have happily pulled forward into a parking space if the order seemed too large for them to complete in a timely manner. But instead, I was ridiculed and given handfuls of other peoples’ food to appease their unnecessary frustration. I hope to see healthier communication and food handling skills in future visits.

My wife and I went to the 1224 West Celebration Blvd location in Florence, SC today. I ordered a 8pc dinner AND a large unsweet tea. I said I wanted the large tea twice, once while ordering and again after ordering the dinner. The woman at the window gave me a dinner with a quart of unsweetened tea that was not cold. We had to wait for our order, but then she said I would have to drive around and get back in line for the large unsweet tea since she took the order incorrectly. She wouldn’t simply pour and sell us a cup of tea…… Would you go back if you got jerked around like this???? Just wonderin’…..Bo!
UPDATE: Manager called and offered a family meal to make things right. We returned today. The staff was very nice and the food was good. I thought it was nice of the manager to do what he did. Thank you.

We drove straight through Florida and Georgia to hurry and catch lunch at this location. It was hot and fresh. Unfortunately we were so hungry and excited I completely forgot to take photos of the food. Which was perfectly placed in boxes for us I might add. We ordered an 8 piece fried chicken (all legs) with Mac n cheese (mine) and mashed potatoes (for my gf) of course the 1/2 gal of sweet tea. Yummy! Even the restrooms were clean for me to use. As usual thank you for your customer service it was a great experience. See you all again!

It was busy so something must bring people here however I was not pleased with my meal. My husband’s supremes box was full of a broken biscuit and broken fries like they threw it all in and shook the box up. Not appetizing and a total mess. My bacon was burnt to a crisp. So bad that it hurt my teeth to bite it and just ruined the taste of the biscuit sandwich that id ordered.

I haven’t been to Bojangles in awhile, but totally enjoyed what I got there! Their chicken sandwich was fresh, hot, and juicy, with a light spicy kick to it, and their sweet tea was EXCELLENT, but one of my favorites is their rice! I’m not sure what they call it on their menu, but it’s the seasoned brown rice with little bits of meat in it, and I always order a large order when I’m there because to me, it’s my favorite thing on the menu!
I go up North quite a bit and seldom encounter Bojangles, but it’s definitely worth a visit when I see one, and I gave the atmosphere only four stars because I could hardly hear the background music, which would have been great if it was loud enough to hear comfortably.

During our recent visit, we decided to try Bojangles for the first time. Crystal, our server, was exceptionally courteous and ensured that all our food was freshly prepared. I opted for the chicken sandwiches accompanied by potato rounds, while my husband chose the three-piece tenders with fries. He kindly offered me a bite of his biscuit, and I must say, it was an instant love at first bite.
The biscuits were truly delectable, and the addition of honey further enhanced their flavor. Having grown up enjoying KFC biscuits, I can confidently state that while KFC’s biscuits are characterized by their fluffiness, Bojangles’ biscuits stand out with their soft texture and a distinct salty and buttery taste. I could easily incorporate these biscuits into my daily meals. They are versatile and would be equally enjoyable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
While the tenders, fries, chicken sandwiches, and potato rounds were all satisfactory, it was the biscuit that truly stole the show for me. Its exceptional taste and texture made it the highlight of our dining experience.

A good place for quick breakfast with reasonable price…I had sausage biscuit for my breakfast..I will try the Bo’s chicken sandwich next time.
They have a new menu called Bird Dog…a hotdog bun with chicken strip and 2 pickles.. good for breakfast or lunch with affordable price 2 for 5$.
