I came late to pick up an online order I completed tonight. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal large fry large drink for my son. I ordered 2 apple pies. I was informed at pick up they were out of apple pies and couldn’t refund the apple pies bc I ordered through the app. I got home unpacked our items to find a 3 piece chicken strip med fry large drink. Considering it’s now 1139pm I am not going to drive all the way back there so I’ll make the mistake known here instead.

The manager on duty could not have been more patient, kind, and friendly!! Everyone else on shift seemed glad to be there and the store looked spotless.. a rarity amongst McDonalds I’ve visited. Great experience

I’ve been visiting this particular McDonald’s for years. The staff that work here have consistently been friendly and pleasant to interact with. There’s a few staff members that go the extra mile each time and ask me how my day is going etc. Tonight the gentleman in drive-thru that took my order was cheerful and on point. I really like the speed in which he took my order. He had the proper pauses in between my items and I didn’t feel rushed. The other gentleman that brought out my order; He’s helped me a few times. I think he has Polynesian tribal tattoos…he always greets me with a big smile and is very friendly. Seems like this McDonald’s has good culture. Keep up the good work everyone! Your impact matters.

I ordered food, and was told to wait in space 1. Someone was already parked in that spot. I waited for him to move. I parked in space 1. Waited nearly 20 minutes for our food. I went inside and spoke to the woman who processed my card. I told her I haven’t gotten our food. She checked with the employees, and nothing. She apologized and said it was given to the wrong person. She took my card back, and gave me a refund. She had a new order made for us, and gave me food vouchers for the mistake. She apologized again. Thank you Kimberly Presto!! You have amazing customer service. We prefer this location over the Marvin Road location.

The past two times I’ve come here the worker on duty at night named Jesse has always been very welcoming and kind which is a really great attribute especially working in a fast paced environment. Jesse took the time to look over my order, he didn’t like the condition the Mccrispys were in so offered to change it out for anything on the menu instead of serving food that isn’t a good quality. From observing his relationship with his co-workers I can tell that he is a positive person to work around. If you come here at night you’ll be in good hands with Jesse

I am very highly disappointed with my order, tonight I had ordered dinner for me and my family for my once a month take out dinner. Anyways it starts off with me getting my first bag of food while I’m waiting for my child’s happy meal, well when I went to inspect the food to make sure it was all there I had noticed that my MCcrispy chicken sandwich had said spicy when I ordered the regular deluxe MCcrispy, so as I was being pasted my childs Happy meal I said something to the cashier and he proceeded to asked me if they could see it. So I pass it to him, he continues to open the box to inspect it and give it back to me saying the “sticker is wrong but the sandwiche is correct it wasn’t spicy”, so I believed him. Further more after I leave the drive thru to inspect the rest of my meal for me to see my child didn’t get her drink or any of my sauces that I paid extra for. So I proceeded to go inside and tell them what’s missing. The general manager proceeded to fix their mess up and grab me my child’s juice and only 1 of each of the sauce I had ordered multiple of. I didn’t make it a big deal about the sauce due to I was just not in the mood for confrontation. Furthermore As I get home to finally sit down and eat my meal and I opened my deluxe MCcrispy meal and I take one bite and it turns out to be spicy.
As of someone that used to work for McDonald’s in my teenage years I feel as though it is not that difficult to see if a label says spicy on a box it’s probably spicy especially if the customer says something about it. Now typically I am not the person to complain but this is the third time now that this McDonald’s has screwed up my order. And I will not be continuing to go to this location anymore.

Pretty decent selection but spent 15 minutes in the lobby finally hands my meal to me like it was just pulled out of the garbage can. cold fresh spilled over inside the bag tells me he still has to go make my drink. At this moment i decided to ask for a complimentary pie for such a long wait but was quickly denied. so I just got my money back and left hungry but I wasn’t going to be treated like that and sure not spending my money on that kinds experience

Food’s okay but the problem is it takes forever going through the drive-thru to get your food. I’ve sat in line there for upwards of 15 minutes. Yes I’m not kidding, this place is freaking slow, they are slower than molasses on a freezing day.

Sat at the drive thru waiting for our order to be taken while other vehicles pulled up to the other menu board way after us and had their order taken immediately while we continued to be told to wait for our order to be taken. Absolutely unacceptable. Awful customer service and lack of good judgment at this location.
