The fact I was the last one handed my food after waiting 20 min this is what I get. I understand people are busy in the drive though but the fact I was forgotten about but others that were after me got served their food has me upset especially when I got my food bacon wasn’t cooked all the way the bread was mushy from all the ketchup and mustard. So for $7.75 later this is what I received and had to trash it….And dude at the front taking orders has a nasty attitude like he don’t want to be their.

I made an order in Wendys mobile app for a large chilli to be picked up at the counter. They closed the lobby 30 minutes early and had to walk thru the drive thru. At which point I was told they didn’t have any chili and that I needed to cancel the order in the app for a refund. I attempted to cancel the order, but the app stated to store processed the order already and that I could not cancel. I again asked for the manager to see if a substitution could be used because I could not get a refund in the app. The manager was very short tempered and rude and just said there’s a way to get a refund in the app if you know what your doing! You just ain’t got what it takes to figure it out. So, again, I showed him where they processed my order (apparently it’s practice at this location to ‘serve off’ orders immediately to report drive thru times quicker than they actually serve customers) and it would not let me cancel or get a refund. Then all of a sudden after 30-40 mins back and forth with this manager standing outside the drive thru windows we have chili!! They give me my cold chili and tell me to have a nice night! I love Wendys chili but Ill NEVER come back to this location ever again!!

Disgusting. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never had an issue but this time I went through the drive through and got the wrong order so I went inside to replace it, which they replaced. While I was waiting a lady was trying to order the taki fuego burger and the cashier literally could not find it on the screen so she waited like 5 minutes.. besides the point I start eating my food and look down at my next bite and there was a whole HAIR in my food. Called to voice my complaint and all I got was a I’m sorry we will replace it, I don’t need it placed… I will never be going back. Called customer service and she took down all my info, said the management would call me and I already voiced that I had called them prior and she offered to replace which I didn’t want. I said that I just wanted to inform you of this and the fact that they need a health inspection BAD.

I’m not going to lie the people here were really nice and fast but the food oh my good lord when I tell you I got bubble guts from the biggie bag… I hadn’t eaten anything all day. I ate this around 4pm now it’s 11pm and I’m sitting on the toilet blasting diarrhea everywhere. I don’t know what in Gods name they put in this food but I’m officially done with Wendy’s.. I’m literally sweating and shaking.

I went to the drive and from my ordering to paying to picking up my food. It was the best experience I could ask for. All the employees was great Yes indeed I “WILL” be going back. And perhaps I will go on the inside to Sit and eat .

They took my order o paid and they didn’t put everything that I paid for into the bag. And even after I checked and asked them to correct the mistake they didn’t care and just blew me off. I was on my way to work so I didn’t have time to argue with them about it. It’s probably just the employees of that specific shift but I am not impressed.

My experience was HORRIBLE…… they left some of my food out i told a guy who claim to be a manger name FRANK. He was so rude with me screaming and even over talking to me wouldn’t even let me talk it’s not my fault that my food was left out. Now i know sometimes fast food can be frustrating i know i work at one but to be so rude for no reason is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! And as a manger at that he supposed to lead by example. He need to be either one demoted or two fired.
