Good, safe location. Though it can be a pain to get in and out of depending on which direction you need to go. No PlayPlace. Clean restrooms. Nice employees. The food is what you’d expect. The Hot Honey Chicken was extra delicious though and I was surprised of the size of the patty!

Doordasher; Please stop serving And printing Receipt early! This causes Ready For Pickup on our account so we have to leave, otherwise late penalty. 5 out of my 10 late deliveries is from your location, in which probably 3 to 4 were avoidable if R4P was accurate.
DD in this city implemented a new Ratings system that now starts our timer to leave restaurant upon R4P, rather than simply after we swipe that we have confirmed pickup. Uber Eats does not care, and I believe Grubhub does not, or is bypassable. But DD does.
Update The night of January 29th; This is a continuing thing you served it before you even unfolded the big bag or started to cook the fries for the order. Do you get less pay if your times improve? no you do not. I believe that is determined by your performance reports. However I GET LESS PAY if my account goes down in tier because you serve it early. stop doing that.
Manager Sue has instructed you as such, or will if you ask.
Edit; I have just been informed by a manager that a few weeks ago the policies have changed so that they can serve the order when all food is in the hlz however they can still be waiting on Fries.
That is in direct conflict for DoorDashers. Please bring it up in next North Star meeting.

I recently visited McDonald’s and was disappointed with the service. It seemed like the staff were more focused on keeping their drive-thru times low than actually serving customers efficiently. Even though there was no line behind me, I was asked to pull into a parking spot and ended up waiting more than five minutes for my food. Several other cars were also parked and waiting. It felt unnecessary and poorly managed, especially since the drive-thru wasn’t busy. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below the level of service I expect.

Sat in for a quick breakfast with my love. The atmosphere was great, busy but clean and welcoming. The gentleman at the register – Charlie- was nice and efficient. He also kept the dining area clean which was refreshing to see, especially at a McDonald’s.

If you have any food app out there dont order from McDonald’s cause they’ll mess your order up then lie about it afterwards. This has happened at this location repeatedly where they give you no sausage patty on the sausage mcmuffin so your just left with an English muffin with nothing on it. Then they’ll lie and say you never ordered from that location

we chose the drive-through vs. in-store. The drive-through was clean and well maintained. The voice on the microphone was easy to hear. We received our food in a reasonable time. I swear the chicken nuggets are half the width they used to be. but for $18 for a medium drink, kids meal, and two dollar menu burgers I won’t be back to McDonald’s in while.

I know its McDonalds so take it for what it’s worth. If I come to this one, I will get parked in a stall for 20 mins waiting on the food. The employees attitudes are fine no issue there just deciding not to come back because I know now that I will be parked every time.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager on duty this morning, I believe his name was Leo? An older Hispanic gentleman. I came back in after I was missing something from my order; both Leo and the cashier in the first window were both in a rush, the line was piling up, I felt bad for taking up space in the line for something as simple as a missing hashbrowns. But they were both extremely nice, they both apologized for the mistake. Maybe this isn’t a huge deal, but I thought it was really nice that we were able to solve it so simply and politely. Whenever I’ve ordered from here in the past, I am always happy when I see that Leo is working.

So, a party member of mine ordered some breakfast, we went to go pick it up. But because of events that unfolded on our way there, we got held up and didn’t get to McDonald’s in the time frame it said for us to pick up the food.
Upon arrival and walking in. I saw no orders ready. I thought maybe they were getting it ready.
But without saying anything, yall threw away the food… damn I didn’t know yall paid for it. I didn’t know yall ordered it.
But because of that I’m gonna assume yall gonna keep paying for our food then?!
