Ordered 10 pc nugget combo and spicy mcchicken and sundae, forgot sundae and reminded cashier at window but after driving off realized they didn’t give me my nuggets and sauce and had to go back. And once I arrive home my mcchicken wasn’t even spicy it was regular, didn’t have any lettuce or mayo, completely ruined my meal. No excuse to always mess up my order when there’s barely people.

Went to McDonald’s today and went through the drive-thru. The service was quick, and the person taking my order was patient, which I really appreciated. Paying and picking up my food was easy, but once I left and checked the bag, I realized they forgot my nuggets—which was disappointing.
On the bright side, the sweet tea was really good and the Dr Pepper was decent today. Overall, fast and friendly service, but missing food items definitely takes away from the experience.

Do you just train your employees to give a thumbs up at the window? Most of the drive thru crew is horrible at their job. They should be fired. They shouldn’t work in food service or customer service. EDIT #1: ALRIGHT WHICH ONE OF YALL ARE PUTTING KETCHUP AND MUSTARD ON MY MAYO, LETTUCE, PICKLE, AND ONION CHEESEBURGERS???!?! EDIT 2!!! I ordered 2 cheeseburger meal with no buns, with lettuce, onion, pickles, and mayo. Who the hell thought “oh yeah I’m gonna use a chicken nuggets box for this and I’m gonna put the cheese on the bottom so it gets stuck?!” I WILL waterboard this information out of y’all.

The employees are friendly, great atmosphere and it’s clean. I usually go and get a few items every week or every other week for my girls, I ordered McChickens and all 3 weren’t even crispy, tasted very stale. Like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours until someone decided to give it to someone. Fries and nuggets were just as bad. I just threw everything out and went to buy my family Wendy’s down the road.

I cannot tell y’all how many times my order was completely butchered. I ordered through the app. And didn’t even receive all that I ordered. Went back inside to fix it. They gave me more of what I ordered . Didn’t check (assumed they corrected it that time) and they still forgot part of my order. How hard is it for 5 sandwiches and 4 pies. And when I called to inform them about it. They did not answer the phone both times I tried to tell them about it.

I always have issues with the app and should know better than to use it. Unfortunately for this manager, Tina, she could not figure out how to find my order and instead told me she couldn’t do anything to help and couldn’t see past orders. She recommended that I ask for a refund. This is not true as other managers have figured out the app issues just fine. She was nice but kind of incompetent. I don’t eat McDonald’s but my kids really love it and we get it for them every once in a while so this was our final straw with the corporation. Corporate, however, knew how to fix the issue and we did get a refund.

The imperial way McDonald’s is usually pretty solid, but it can be hit or miss depending on when you go. Most of the time the staff is friendly and the food comes out hot and fresh, but I’ve had a few visits where the service was slow or my order wasn’t quite right.

We went to McDonald’s on August 10 about 8 o’clock and we ordered the 20 piece. It is the worst 20 piece I’ve ever tried to eat. I couldn’t even eat it. The fries were very cold. and when I tried to call them to let them know that I want my food replaced I called them 10 times and they never answer the phone. I let it ring and ring. I couldn’t go back up there and get my food because my husband had dropped me off and he had to go to work
