I had a good experience at Little Caesars. The pizza was hot and fresh, and everything came out pretty quickly. The place was clean and the process was smooth.
My service was good. The cashier was a lightskin teen girl and she was polite and helpful while taking my order. Overall it was a nice experience and I’d come back again.

If I could give less than a star I would. We asked for soda and got lemonade. We ordered pepperoni crazy puffs and got cheese steak ones that were burnt. Our Sicilian pepperoni pizza was doughy and had no butter garlic on the crust. Our regular crazy bread was just thrown in a plastic sack loose and we didn’t even feel safe eating it. On top of all that, it was also cold. We spent all that money for us to still be hungry because our entire order was inedible.

Mane this location gets some hate but personally this place hits every time my order is always hot & ready plus you never know who you’ll get at the register warm smiles and bomb pizza is definitely offered here. (Tip: call in order and be friendly to the person over the phone trust works everytime)

When I arrived for 2 doordash orders, there was a sizable line and a hand written sign stating that they did not accept cash. Before my turn in line, 2 black female employees strolled in with personal food items and walked into the prep/cooking area. A customer ahead of me only had cash, and was sold a pizza for $7. The patron offered a $20 for the pizza and one of the female employees that just entered stated “We do not accept cash, what is you stupid?” and proceeded to the back. The male coworker running the register advised his female coworker that the patron requested her to apologize. She refused and became increasingly hostile to the customer and the male coworker, and stated that she doesn’t need to apologize for anything. Before I could be helped the disrespectful female employee answered the phone and told the caller that she can’t understand what they were saying and hung up on them. The phone then continued to ring while I waited for my orders to be completed. I advised the male employee to reach out to the Little Cesar’s HR department about the working conditions the female employees were creating for customers and other coworkers. None of them employees appeared to have name badges on and the female refused to identify herself. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

I’m not one to complain online and I’m pretty fair with my reviews. However, I was not able to reach an employee via phone to let them know this. I had a very simple order (4 pepperoni pizzas and 1 deep dish pepperoni). What I got was very different. I got 4 cheese with 1 olive on each one and one burnt deep dish pepperoni. I tried to call as I said but I had no answer. This is at 7:45pm on a Friday. I know you’re busy so I can’t knock you for that. Who decided that putting the one olive on each pizza was a cool idea? Yep, neither do I. I would like someone to reach out to me as soon as possible so I can discuss this further.

First off they gave me the wrong pizza which was cheaper than the pizza I originally ordered and on top of that there was no sauce on the pizza. My child took a slice of pizza not knowing it was not what we originally ordered, then when we tried to return the pizza they didn’t give us the pizza we originally ordered or difference in the price of the original pizza which costed more that what they gave us.
Then the 2 teenage black female girls working the counter made a big scene saying I ate all the pizza, they even went in the back and made their coworkers laugh at me and they even started to record and belittle and make fun of me which made me cry, which made them laugh even more they said mean and hurtful things while laughing and pointing.
Finally the manager made them make the pizza but when my child took a bite of their slice there was a hair on his slice. I immediately knew it was from those girls working at the little Cesar’s needless to say we threw the pizza away because how disgusted were we’re and we will never be going back there again!!!

Great price. Great pizza. Now if they could just get the pizza portals working, the staff would have more time to make pizzas and not have to go to the front counter wasting time to give every customer their order that was already paid for.

Horrible service. I placed an online order for 10 pizzas a week in advance. The pizzas were needed for an event. The day of pick up I called the store 5+ times to ensure the order would be completed on time, NO ANSWER. When I arrived for pick up they did not have the order ready & refused to make the pizzas. My CC was charged & I have yet to receive a refund.

As someone who would order here all the time, this place is awful and i think it should be shut down.
Of the many times Ive ordered. My food is either really burnt or hardly cooked, items i pay delivery for aren’t all there and after speaking with the person doing the delivery they would say that the store assured them everything was there.
Hardly any standards for assembly so I would get like maybe 5 pepperonis on a whole pizza or hardly any cheese so it’s like 90% bread. Their crazy bread sometimes isn’t even cooked all the way and I just get dough.
Almost all of these incidents have been over this past year alone, I usually never leave negative reviews even with bad experiences but I draw the line at being poisoned, it’s happened twice at this same location to me and I should’ve learned my lesson the first time.
I’m already suffering with a flu and I ordered food from here which is my fault and I shouldn’t have done that because now I’m suffering even more with food poisoning since my food wasn’t cooked properly i think because it did taste a little doughey. I just wanted a hot nice meal after not eating for days, this place should be ashamed.
