I ordered $15 worth of food on the app. They told me their system was down and to wait a few minutes. I waited 30 and then they told me that I should eat somewhere else because they didn’t know when it was coming back up and it didn’t look like it would be any time soon. I requested a refund on the app and of course, I’m not getting it.

I wanna know when I became company policy to insult you’re customers, the drive through worker @11pm, started talking shit about my wife for just asking about if they sold any energy drinks or blends, guess she thought the mic was off but this absolutely horse shit and unacceptable, ill be following up with corporate and owners until I get an apology or your job. Service was horrible! While ordering our food the cook took the mic from the cashier and told us “its only one cook” & we only ordered 2 meals. They have very poor & unprofessional service. They messed up our order and told us we couldn’t come inside we had to get back in line and the line held 6-7 cars.

Just saw a young man in a Taco Bell visor hat at 8:20 pm run out of the store, into the road to give a customer something they left before they could pull off at the red light. I just thought that was so kind and sweet, he went above and beyond. Please find out who he is and at the very least pat this dude on the back for that. Most employees would NOT do something like this. You have a good one
