Late night McDonald’s, we have been craving french fries & cheeseburgers all night. We pulled up to McDonald’s after seeing that Wendy’s was closed at midnight and were in for a delightful surprise. Issac was the most honest, delightful & charismatic man that I’ve ever met in my life. He was so helpful & fulfilled all of our requests. I cannot recommend this late night stop enough. I hope that everybody in the greater Newburyport region appreciates the fact that this McDonald’s is open when needed.

Hands down the best McDonalds and favorite spot to eat in Newburyport! Issac is the most down to earth friendliest character you will ever meet always making my order to perfection and completing every side quest that comes his way! Anyone who leaves a bad review for this place is a pure hater!!

Issac makes all the difference! I have been to this McDonald’s numerous times, but my most recent visit was exceptional thanks to Isaac. He handles the high-presure environement with total grace and actually takes time to ensure the customers are happy. My order was ready in record time, and Isaac’s friendly demeanor reallly brighened my day. Its clear he takes pride in his work. Management, give this guy a raise—he’s a huge asset to your Newburyport Location.

Isaac is always so helpful. I come almost everyday to get a drink or coffee before work and he’s always so pleasant. All the staff is amazing and very friendly. Some of them even know me by my first name and say hi to me when they see me. I’ve never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s.

Issac is the only reason why I keep coming back to McDonald’s! I swore I’d quit but I just can’t get enough of his jokes and the way he goes above and beyond to make sure my food is perfect and hot! He truly is the best McDonald’s worker I’ve ever seen and my day is made when I pull up to the drive through! The food and his attitude is always MARVELOUS! I love this McDonald’s and Issac needs a raise!

Isaac at McDonald’s is absolutely amazing! He’s always so nice and attentive, making sure every order is right and served quickly. He’s super personable and goes out of his way to make customers feel welcome. It’s rare to find someone so fast and friendly at the same time!
