Went to habit for the first time and it was good. It is definitely on the upper tier of the fast food. It is slightly similar to like a Five Guys but with a more expansive menu. I got a burger, fries, onion rings and a drink. I found the quality good and the service on point. I know In and Out is big in California but I found this to be better than In and Out but this was at a higher price point. I looked up to see if there is one in my area. While there isn’t one in Rhode Island yet there are some in New England and New York. Will definitely be back.

Would recommend, 10/10. The burgers were very good, and the location was very clean but most importantly I’d like to highlight the great customer service that we received. In particular would like to give a shoutout to Angel. He was very attentive, fast, and overall provided exceptional customer service in our visit!

The burgers here are very good. I like that their menu changes with new ingredients and flavors. Angel recommended trying the fried avocado. The tempura was crispy and the avocado was smooth, creamy mixed with some spice for a balanced flavor and kick. I am impressed that The Habit Burger Grill stepped up their game. Well done guys!

We eat inside all the time and it’s always good. Tonight I needed curbside pickup. I followed directions on text and clicked enter to let them know I arrived but sat for several minutes watching employees go about their business and it wasn’t even busy. I sat for several minutes in my car right in front of entry doors with my car lights on but no one came out. I was not wearing shoes so I stayed in my car a while longer. I finally went in and asked the customer service guy at register if my order was ready, and he replied he was on break but would ask someone. As he walked past a bag on their assembly counter he confirmed my name then abruptly sat the bag on the service counter and walked away. When I got home the food was barely warm and not appetizing at all. I recommend not ordering for curbside pickup.

Confusing for first time on how to place an order, no one greeted us. After ordering food, there was no choice for paper receipt.. when I ask for one, only one person knew how to do it, but was on break. We never got it.

I am a little late but before I forget again I have to review this place. Wow. Just wow. Every time I visit my parents I make sure to eat here. Tony always makes sure you’re taken care of and gives the absolute best customer service. They were short staffed when I went last time but he made sure all 4 of us received our meals with a smile. If you are not going to The Habit in El Centro then you need to slap yourself in the face. Also, if you do go, ask for Tony and let him know he is always doing a great job!

I visit this location on a fairly regular basis. I like using the kiosk to order my food since I’m able to customize the item. The restaurant is clean and modern. My only complaint is the lack of WiFi.
