The guys at the window was nice! Order spicy and regular nuggets. Regular nuggets looked fine when i checked the bag. Got home just to realize my 10 piece spicy was burnt!!!! And dried out Like they had been sitting all damn day

Lobby closed during open hours. Not all vehicles fit through the drive lol the employee that we spoke to tried to ignore us and when she actually acknowledged that we were there, she brushed us off like we were bothering her. Then she walked off. Horrible experience.

Came at a ‘staff change’ which meant that they were not accepting orders for about 20 minutes. Almost gave up and started to drive away when they opened the window. We gave our order, they botched it completely, but we were to far away to do anything.

I can’t eat dairy because of some health issues, and asked for a hamburger, made sure to specify no cheese. The worker gave me a bacon cheeseburger and was incredibly rude and refused to refund me when I asked for the correct order.

I live around this Wendy’s and I can go there anymore. The order is wrong 80% of the time. That’s a serious stat. 4/5 times I have gone there my order was wrong. Add that to the fact that it is the slowest “fast food” place I’ve ever been. If there is one car in front of you in the drive through it will take you no less then a half hour to get your food. It’s kind of become a running joke around me and my friends that live in the area.
