I got the meal deal for 25.99 from this location. The chicken that I received seemed smaller in size to others in chain, PLUS, more than a couple were overcooked (see photo) also the sides that came with order were 1/2 to 2/3 full (see other photo), as opposed to popeyes that tend to be more generous with portions and actaully fill the container all the way up. This is not my first time eating here and getting overcooked chicken, but it is my last, I recommend avoiding this “resturaunt” and going to other popeys locations

They made a mistake with my order. I ordered coleslaw, they charged me for it, but they gave me rice and beans instead of coleslaw.

I ordered through Uber Eats, restaurant is only 5 min from my house. Received cold soggy spicy chicken sandwich and cold beans. My red beans & rice only came with the beans. Didn’t receive my macaroni. Tried to call the number kept saying busy. Very disappointing

They need to shut this place down like they did KFC in Westchester. I came to this location and when I got to the window an Indian guy was there, I asked can I get a Jalapeño pepper with my order, he said I’ll have to go back thru the dam drive thru. His boss/who ever that was walked up and said something very bad to him and he told me he can’t add anything to my order at the window. I almost told him to give me my money back. But I figured ill just never go back to that location. Message to the owner that’s leaving the sorry messages, Stop it!!! You’re not sorry and you’re not going to do anything about anything, you just want the money for this horrible food and service that this establishment is providing. Do better or Get outta here.

Today 10/13/25 at about 6:15pm I went in to pick up online order. I texted the restaurant and 2 employees were sitting off to the side I guess on their break. I smelled marijuana before making it to my car. The male employee was smoking marijuana and the female staff member was smoking a cigarette. This kind of atmosphere and negligence when people enter a food establishment doesn’t make customers feel their order would be right when staff handling are under the influence of some substance. This is the 2nd incident of this kind at this restaurant.

Customer service is very important, i walked in i was the only one in the restaurant was looked at and not greeted i spoke to the African American young lady that was there look like she could be a manager and still didn’t ask me can order or anything, she seem as though she didn’t want to be there another employee walked up and the other walked still haven’t said anything but a dry hi, the prices are and sales are different in every store , this pop eyes looked unkept could use a good cleaning. i didn’t order anything and i will not be returning back.

Glad there are other Popeye’s locations to choose from. I won’t be back to this location . They forgot the biscuits, the chicken was so greasy the box was falling apart. The hole was made just from trying to lift it. My thumb went through the box. The breading was sliding off of the chicken, the fries were barely fried, literally everything fried was like they didn’t bother draining any oil at all. The red beans and rice they must’ve ran out of rice and instead of telling me they put the beans on top of cajun rice. Last the beignets as you can see were crumpled & tossed in the bag. They were also on top so nothing crushed them. Not that it mattered. All of this would have been tolerable if the team members were even close to being professional. Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes without anyone saying anything. The drive thru window is right there so they seen me & others waiting. Never said a word until I asked are you still open? Finally had a team member respond. After taking my order she just told me the total left the window. Then after waiting a very short time( I will give them that.They were fast. But nothing was right so. ) another team member came to the window and basically flung the food at me. Maybe invest in some training for the team members and management.

I came here last nite to pick up mobile order.I checked my food it 3 cold chicken sandwiches; not my order. Therefore I went back to drive thru, I was at the window one of the coworkers told me they were closed. It was 1005 not closed until 11. Luckily another coworker heard the argument. My order was fixed but the hassle and disrespect was unnecessary. I won’t ever come back
