The workers here are super nice – but TODAY I received a MOLDED burrito. Now before I’ve gotten a RAW burger but just let it go. BUT MOLDED food is a HELL NO for me. So disappointed in this place. They have lost my business 100%.

I’ve been to this location several times and have had different experiences, some pleasant some not-so-much. I came today 3/7/26 around 6:30PM, the girl working the drive thru was rude. She opened the window, handed me my drinks without a word; I told her thank you, again no words. She comes back and tells me to move up to spot number one because they’re making my Arches Burger, I confirmed with her that she said number one and was spoke to like I had just asked the dumbest question ever imagined. I moved up to the spot she instructed, waited about 5 minutes when a you lady (maybe her, maybe someone else I’m not sure) comes out puts the food in my hand a walks away without speaking. I understand some people have bad days but I just paid $20 to get treated disrespectfully and spoke to like I’m an idiot.

Are we not tired of the Great American Food Shrinkage yet! While the prices go up the food size shrinks as does the quality of service. If the food shrinks any more or the tricks that are being used like not opening the fries box and filling a large with the same amount as a small box but you pay more.

probably one of the worst mcdonalds in our area! they never fail to get my order wrong and then when u say something they have a attitude about it! sent my husband to pick up my online order and he checks the bag they forgot the fries had all 4 burgers wrong and forgot the coffee when he said something they acted like they didn’t hear him he had to go in to get it fixed and they gave him nothing but attitude! this is ridiculous gonna stop going to this location not to mention we received cold nasty fries that looks like they been sitting for hours

Theirs is a worker named Jeremy who has been working here for years!!! He has to be one of the best I have ever seen!! Always so sweet with a smile!! He’ll Make your day if your sad with his kindness. My kids even know and like him!! He definitely deserves a raise!!
