Not the most pleasant experience that Starbucks is noted for…I just want to start this review by saying I don’t normally post less than stellar comments, but I felt strongly about the crappy customer service at this establishment.
First, & most importantly, a customer in-store should not have to wait while staff is serving drive-thru clients, without even so much as an acknowledgement that they will be right with you. Secondly, when we placed our order for 2 grande drips, she put in for 2 talls. I guess no one is perfect, but common courtesy has sure gone out the window.

The girl that was in the drive thru window was so rude to us, and several times could not get our drink order correct. I was highly disappointed with this service coming from a Starbucks employee. It wasn’t even a complicated drink order either we just had a couple iced latte’s. We didn’t get the little girls name that was rude to us. I probably should have.

The service was phenomenal and the food tasted like heaven. I loved the atmosphere as they I make it safe for people to study, do work, have online meatings,and enjoy a drink and snack. The place felt welcoming and it was and overall great expeirience! 10/10

Worst customer service!!! Wanted to order a drink from my phone and lady did not want to read my phone she rudely told me to read it to her?!! After I got the drink it didn’t look for tasted like what I usually get. And when I looked at what it had in it, she had put more stuff I didn’t even say?!! So I went back and she told me “Oh it’s because you didn’t say you wanted that” well maybe if she looked off my phone in the first place. Then she charged me for a whole new drink AND IT WAS STILL WRONG AND MORE STUFF ADDED I DIDNT EVEN WANT.

Starbucks on Weir Road has super friendly staff. The wait-time is hit or miss depending on how many employees are working. I am sometimes in/out quickly but I have also had to wait 45 minutes a time or two. But, the drinks are perfect every time.

Incredible Starbucks location right in the center of town. Maybe it’s not actually the center of town but it’s in a great location, right by Sumo’s. Friendly staff, drive thru is fast and they have a full menu of breakfast & sandwich items.

A bit cramped, flies and small spiders on the outdoor tables. The coffee was good and the service was nice. About 30 dollars for 5 drinks.
