The atmosphere is blah, the service is always good enough. Can’t beat the price. I feel the employees do make an effort to be polite and attentive to customers. I don’t think they are properly trained on customer service I believe. I don’t think I will come back again. Every time I have gotten any pizza or breadsticks for some months now it is underwhelming. Dough is always thin and sloppy and too much sauce. I got a pizza a couple nights ago and it had spots the dough had disintegrated from the grease and cheese and too much sauce. Really not good but I needed to eat. I would have been better off to get a frozen pizza and put it in my oven.

I rarely go to Little Caesars but thought I’d get it tonight. I ordered a 2 topping pizza well done because I’ve had bad experiences of pizza dough being severely undercooked in the past. Not only did they get my toppings wrong but the dough was barely cooked and no exaggeration falling apart when I picked it up. I also got it straight out the cooks hands freshly cooked so it’s not like it was sitting there. Terrible experience just go somewhere else I don’t know what else to tell you.

I am highly disappointed in this location.
Whatever happened to greeting every customer? I never here welcome to little ceasers what may I get started for you. Or anything with a smile.
I ran a little ceasers and stood proud on 3 second greeting everytime. No matter how busy we were.
Yes the job can get overwhelming at times. Especially if you are not staffed properly or set up for good service
These adults need to learn to smile and welcome all their guests
Not to mention they were at least 10 minutes behind.
Pizzas cook roughly 6 minutes. So to tell me another 15 on an order that should of been ready. Let’s me know you were not prepared.

Ordered a cheese only pizza. Feeding three kids. They will not replace or refund unless the entire pizza is sent back into the store. We live 15 minutes away. I offered the photo as proof. They will not refund or replace and the one slice of pizza that has cheese on this had already been eaten by one of my hungry kids. Do better. Make pizza with ACTUAL TOPPINGS ON IT!!

Everytime I order the crazy bread they suck they’re either burnt or half the size they’re suppose to be or our order gets given away or messed up.

For some reason , they could never hear me when I call in my order, i talk on my phone 50 times a day. And never have a problem with people hearing me. But every time I call them there’s these long pauses. ……………

I order again……..And they ask me if I’m going to order…….

and I tell them my order,again.
They never say I couldn’t hear you or anything like that. They just ask me to spell it….. lol , like you want me to spell my order? Or…….., it’s very confusing. I would Think they’d get a lot of calls every day and that if there was a phone issue , they would take care of a it promptly. So why has this issue been going on for months?And I call at least four times a week

I did an online order with an in the future pickup. In that order was three orders of crazy bread. How can you incinerate all three batches and still give them to me like this? I drove 25min back home to find almost inedible bread when I got there.
