Ordered the 4 cheese crystal & chili cheese fried combo for $12, which is already atrocious, but then I get home and the fries have no chili or cheese… They also forgot the pickles and mustard on the 4 crystals.
I drove an extra 20 minutes back up there just to get chili & cheese on the fries. When I got there they told me because it’s a moble order they wouldn’t do anything about it. I have to click missed item and get a refund. Told them I just wanted my chili cheese fixed. They said I would have to order them again…. Even though I’m just trying to get what I already paid for
So I wasted another 20 minutes driving up there a 1nd time. I still didn’t get the food I ordered in the first place. Also nowhere on the app is there a missed item button to get a refund, like I was told. I only found a complaint form I can fill out which I definitely will be.

I love me some Krystal Burger. This place is great! Crispy fries and delicious burgers that hit the spot! There aren’t any Krystal Burger locations where I live so I make it a must to stop at the one in Titusville whenever I am visiting family. Its almost become a Christmas tradition of mine and hope to continue it for many more seasons. Thanks Krystal Burger for your tasty menu!

This particular place has been cleaned up and the employees are more pleasant too.
Tried the nuggets they were hot a pretty good. Great side with your little burgers.

I don’t like to complain but when prices are on the rise and I feel like I got ripped off – this is where we land. Almost $5 for a milkshake that was 1.5 inches below the top of the cup. A pitiful looking dessert. I hadn’t been to Krystal in years due to locations, now I’m not sure I will ever be back.

Warning! Truly terrible! This fast food place is very dirty—the floors, the tables, and even the food trays! Sticky and unwashed. Disgusting! In Europe, the health department would shut such an establishment down. You wait a very long time for your food, only to receive a truly tiny portion of something that can hardly even be called food. Despite this, the prices are not low at all. There is a small sticker on the door stating that a 3% service fee is added to every order. For what? Avoid this place!

Well since they took the phone off the ringer and I can’t call to report half of my order missing and the other half that I actually did receive being completely wrong. I guess I’ll have to post it on here. I would like to get my money back at least on the food that I didn’t even get. I’m pretty sure plain means plain not without cheese and mustard doesn’t just simply whipe off. Spent almost 30min in the drive thru, spent over $50, for what… incompetence. So thank you…I just got out of surgery, I was looking forward to eating and now I wish they had just kept me asleep….do better

Best deal for breakfast. Fair price and test good. The place could use a upgrade. A little run down. At the time I was here I washed up in the restroom it was not clean. I noticed that every time I stop in that the main crowd are seniors that must meet up here cause they group up and sit and talk so I guess they must have good pricing for them. You can’t help but overhear what they are saying for it’s an open room seating. So it’s a good sign to me to see the locals hang out here. My meal this time was hot except for the toast that had butter on it that was not melted but I ate it up just the same. My eggs were the way I like them and the grits and sausage patty were pretty darn good.

Decided to take a out of town ride to Krystal’s, Was their on 03/23/24 @ 1:04 pm, was eat in not drive thru, had no tea 1st sign, smelled grease nasty 2nd sign, 20 minutes later got other persons order. 15 minutes later got our food when went to counter for refund that was told that they don’t cancel orders or refunds & was cold & barely edible, we ate 2 cheese sliders or whatever called and was soggy and the most sloppy sandwichs & fries I’ve ever had, will never go back or recommend, going to look up any violations.

I can’t believe the store is actually charging a fee to all their cash paying customers of 3% of their total. It’s called the Ops service fee. I think Krystals is gonna go out of business.
