I was really excited to try Smash Masters, but the experience was a huge letdown. The service was slow and disorganized, and the food came out cold, which is pretty unacceptable for a place that specializes in burgers.
What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. I was polite the entire time, but they were dismissive and noticeably rude when I asked about my order. It felt like the employees didn’t really know what they were doing or care much about the customer experience — almost like they were just there to get through their shift.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but between the cold food and the poor service, this visit was frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be coming back unless there are serious improvements.
