Once a year I try to order food online and pickup in the drive thru. EVERY ORDER MADE IN THE LAST 10 years has been missing food or screwed up in some way.
Tonight I ordered and 2 items from my order were left out, along with any sauces I ordered and sauces for the chicken nuggets. I got a taco salad and there were no forks or utensils of any kind, nor any napkins.
I live a few blocks from this location, and over the years, I have had to return each time to obtain something left out that I paid for.
The worst part is when you go inside to report the missing item, you are treated like crap, and then they make you wait 15-20 minutes to get the items you ordered and paid for while they just keep taking care of people who arrived after you. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again, and I recommend you do not order there either. Rude children are running the place and have no courtesy or customer service.
Because this has happened for years, it speaks volumes of the lack of professional management or adult supervision. That was the last dollar you will steal from me. I am done.

Paid $2.40 to add tomatoes, beef & lettuce. I don’t mind paying for it but I got a total of 5 tiny diced tomatoes, a teaspoon of beef & two strings of lettuce. Thanks guys lol.

Got an order for pickup at this location and when we got there, the line was taking forever. Sure, they may have been understaffed, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.
So we get to the door, they give us a bag and we pull into a parking spot to check everything. They forgot two things, so we went in and waited patiently, and the employees COMPLETELY ignored us. They looked at us, but didn’t come to help us. So, I call someone over. She apparently had a really bad day or something because she was extremely snappy and rude. I requested what we were owed and was trying my VERY best to be nice, but this worker made it very hard. She took not even a minute to get our stuff, so I said thank you and to have a good night. She gives me the NASTIEST look and walks away.
Now, I’m usually not too picky about this type of thing, but this was unacceptable. Everyone has bad days, but you can’t treat everyone like crap because of you don’t want to be there. I will not be coming back here anytime soon.

Can we talk about the new chicken dipping burritos and how they are tiny but cost 7 dollars? This is a crime cause they didn’t look that small in the picture at all. Crazy over priced food and the quality wasn’t that great either. This is a miss tacobell for sure not your best item. Very disappointed

I walked in to nasty bathrooms which will turn me away faster than anything. But I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes with no service.

They can’t make a taco in a timely fashion at all. You will sit at the drive thru for over 30 minutes before you move because they can’t make the only thing that the have one the menu.

Employees spend more time socializing than making the food. Waited over 15 minutes for a doordash pickup that they still hadnt started making before I canceled my pickup. Employee claimed it was a short staffing issue, however, 2 employees went outside to smoke whole stating “not my problem” and the rest of the employees stood around chit chatting.

Waited in line for 45 minutes with only 5 cars in front of us my bf ordered a regular midnight freeze and when we got to the window he gave us a small Baja blast freeze and when my bf asked abt it he just said “don’t have it” could’ve said that at the drive thru box so he could’ve ordered something different
