Brian is an absolute asset to this store. We pulled through the drive thru and we were warmly greeted and also we were told about new promotions coming up. I can honestly say this was such a nice experience I’m in the drive thru now writing this! I’ll definitely be back as long as Brian is a part of this location and I hope others can be as delightful as he was. It definitely goes a long way. Thanks for the crowns for the kiddos.

This is one of the locations my mom can trust to get a burger patty with her allergens. The care they take to make sure cross-contamination is eliminated is PHENOMENAL. Everyone has been very friendly and informative. We had a gentleman (didn’t catch his name, sadly), reading ingredients on the icing to make sure it wouldn’t make her sick. Immensely grateful for this location.

As I was driving I noticed the mold I went back to the store and they only wanted to return $6 which I spent 10.52 . Will never go back and that lady had an attitude when I told her about the MOLD !!

They forgot a biggy bag which they corrected but by the time I got home which was less then a 5 minute drive, I realized my food was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted on burgers, fries were burnt and I ordered a 4 piece tenders and only got two… they don’t even have a two piece.

Went here at 11pm, they had a long drive-thru line. Assuming, a staffing issue. They were only taking one order at a time. Then they’d take the next person, finish them and so on. Causing the drive-thru to be backed up. As we were taking our order the drink options were root beer, coke and sweet tea. No diet or sugar free of any of their drinks. They were fairly quick about giving us the order and getting the order correctly. The staff wasn’t rude either, but our food was definitely over cooked. Chicken fries were so cooked they were styrofoam, chicken sandwich was soooo over cooked they were burnt, onion rings were also very over cooked, fries were cook well but, cold. The drinks we did get had zero to no ice.

I love this Bk, it has to be the best one around by far. Anyone who disagrees is just a hater, these people bust their butts and are always friendly. Night time people make food to order, so a slightly longer wait, but I don’t mind waiting a couple extra minutes for fresh frys

Be careful of the big A A guy with a beard, he likes to add on items to your order that you do not want. Even after he was corrected five times, he still added on a chicken sandwich meal. I only ordered a drink.
