So i came in February 16th 2026 around noon and there was a lady who was taking my order she wasn’t wearing a standard manager uniform or crew, had tattoos exposed everywhere for my kid to see a playboy bunny tattoo? i don’t think she was the owner as she had a headset on, as i was getting my order taken she seemed to be in a rush for me to finish my order, then after that when i got my receipt back I waited for my food, as im waiting i can hear the lady that took my order saying that “hurry up ladies, the line is getting clogged” and “do i need to come help you out?” The drive thru and the front were packed so i didn’t mind waiting longer as they’re very busy, but this lady’s attitude and overall treatment towards other people, really made me annoyed, and i told her when she gave my food, that i will NOT be coming back to this location if thats how they treat people who are trying to do their job, i worked fastfood when i was a kid, cannot believe this, i have been coming here for 2-3 years now and this is the only time i’ve ever experienced this, this is just completely unacceptable

This McDonald’s location is a complete disaster from top to bottom.
The staff is careless, untrained, and rushes through orders they still manage to mess up. I was charged twice because the drive-thru employee couldn’t handle a basic order, and the food I received was cold, sloppy, and clearly not checked before being handed out.
I contacted the manager, who told me to bring the food back for a replacement. When I returned, they suddenly refused to honor their own promise because I didn’t have a receipt—something that was never mentioned in the first place. The excuse was pathetic, and the lack of accountability is unbelievable.
This place can’t get the simplest things right: a correct order, warm food, or consistent communication. The incompetence at this location is astounding, and it reflects a complete failure of leadership and training. I would strongly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s unless you enjoy wasting your time and money.

Picked up a mobile order and when I got home I saw they forgot to give me a sandwich. I called the store and asked if I can get a refund since it was on the app. They said I would have to go in store for a refund. I told them I wasn’t going back today that It’ll be my next visit. When I returned, I explained the situation to the manager and told her I would take a refund or replacement. She said I have to have a receipt, I showed her the order on my app and she said that’s not a receipt and I need to deal with the app. I don’t care that I got ripped off but what really irritated me is how the manager treated me: no apology, no offer for a solution, treated almost like I was trying to pull a scam. That lady has no business working in customer service.

I ordered a Big Mac with NO pickles and EXTRA Mac sauce thru the app for curbside pickup. When I got to my destination I discovered that they put pickles on my burger and literally no Mac sauce (which I paid extra for) I was going to attempt to just take the pickles off and eat the burger but it was dry. I called to let the manager know and was told I would have to request a refund thru the app. I searched for a customer service number online and was then given another number to call. The final person I spoke with advised me that the store should not have refused to refund me. All she was able to do was submit a request to upper management of that store to process my refund. So basically I was given the run around. Hopefully by posting this review I will be able to get this issue resolved…

To the manager that’s on the night shift tonight, you didn’t have to be so unprofessionally rude. You’re right it wasn’t your problem it was mine for taking the assumption that you would want to render product THAT WAS PAID FOR. I was simply trying to get my slushy and food after YALL didn’t give me. I went all the way home, came back and still left back home empty handed because what? You were having a rough night? Any ways, My apologies. I’ll be there first thing in the am, maybe, hopefully I can get someone more courteous.

Service has gone downhill. Ordered a large smoothie and the girl at the window didn’t fill the cup and when I looked at it and her to ask her about it she said “Have a great day!” and closed the window and took off before I could. Rude. She was in a blue shirt so idk what role that is.
