Que Ondas Uptown never disappoints! The food is fresh and flavorful, and the service is always fast and friendly. Valery goes above and beyond with her customer service she truly makes the experience even better. This is one of our go to spots, and we’ll definitely keep coming back!

Our waitress, Valery, truly stood out. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, took the time to explain everything perfectly, and made great recommendations. She was also attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.

Living in uptown Charlotte, I’ve always loved walking over to Que Onda. They have the BEST specials and Mendiie ( bartender ) is such a sweetheart. Always great conversation and even better service! The chicken tacos and margs on Tuesdays are unbeatable!

Love Que Onda and Valery real bad!!!! Great deals on Tuesdays ($5 margs, $2 tacos) and all of the food and drinks are super delicious. Would definitely recommend anyone to pull up here!!!!!!!

Stopped in for Dinner. Ordered the chips and salsa with a Dos Equis Amber. Chips were standard, salsa was spicy and great! Finished with chicken Gringo Tacos. Fairly good experience and would do again.

I paid $66 for my order and the most expensive item was my tacos thetacos look like they threw all my toppings on one taco. I ordered on DoorDash an Picked up my own order. When I got home and saw the quality of my food, I called spoke with the manager named Ari. She was extremely rude and the first thing she tried to do was blame the driver. I politely told her that I was the one that picked up the food. I told her what it look like she asked me what solution I would like. I asked could she remake the tacos. She told me no because it was a DoorDash order. I know that’s not true. If your manager you should be able to make anything happen. Service sucks! Ari has a nasty attitude I was extremely ruled over the phone. I would advise to avoid this Location altogether not worth the hassle

I am Normally an avid eater of this restaurant. I’ve eaten here over 30 times Via DoorDash, and on this order, I received a roach in my strawberry coconut lemonade. I realized this after I had drunken it. This is absolutely disgusting.

Excellent service. Priscila was super friendly and attentive. He highly recommended the Cadillac which without a doubt became one of the best drinks I have tried in the city, in the same way he recommended the guajillo chicken which was a delight for my palate, the combination of the sauce, the creamy rice and the bacon was spectacular, we never lacked anything at the table and Priscila always had a good attitude and taking care of every detail so that the experience was perfect.
