Went around 10 am, waited un a drive thru for over 20 minutes, only to get some kind of stupid burrito instead of the sausage biscuit I ordered. So went back for a refund only to be told I have to initiate my own refund online. So they got 10 of my dollars and 45 minutes if my life and I got absolutely nothing out of it. Avoid this place. Seriously

The staff were nice and very helpful. There was a glitch with an app coupon I was trying to use, and the manager took the time to get it all worked out. They also actually gave me a ton of ketchup when I asked for a ton. Overall I was very satisfied with this location, the employees, and the food.

The points system is a way for the customers! Why are the employees stealing the points!?!? I went to include my purchase on the Hardee’s app and I have received a message saying that the receipt was already redeemed! That’s kind of messed up. And it was a young girl light skin at the window

I’ve had three bad experiences here, you’re better off passing rather than dealing with them. First time I was here over 40 minutes for my order and the burger I received was hard, to the point of being inedible. I had ordered online and just wanted to cancel my order but they aren’t able to cancel online orders so beware of that. You’d think I’d not return after the awful first impression but unfortunately decided to give it a few more chances incase it was a bad day for them. Second time my partner went to get us breakfast and waited almost 30 minutes. The breakfast was fine, mid but whatever it did the job I guess. I then went myself a third time and still had to wait longer than you’d ever expect for fast food but it was pretty good and I really enjoyed it! Went back tonight and it turns out the hours listed online are incorrect. Not a huge deal but inconvenient for sure. I tried to explain this to the people working just incase they didn’t realize they have incorrect hours listed but for some reason the workers were unable to comprehend what I was saying to them. Idk what’s going on here but good luck if you go and be prepared to wait for at minimum 1/2 hour even if you order in advance.

Whoever makes the gravy in the mornings during the week should be the patron saint of sausage gravy. Good grief, is it good!! It could create world peace. Cure the conflict in the Middle East. Seriously the best gravy I think I’ve ever eaten, and I was born and raised in the south!! Never in a million years would I have thought the best would come from a fast food place.. Pair that with biscuits so good you could slap your mama, and you’ve got a great breakfast every single time you stop here. The morning crew are also some of the sweetest people and just make your day! They’re consistently good every time we eat here. Not responsible for licking of take out containers.

I stopped here to get breakfast to burrito wraps. It wasn’t until I got home. Then I looked at the portion. I brought it back for them to fix it only to get the same portion again the wrap was literally the size of my thumb I was trying to find the eggs since I ordered sausage, egg, and cheese, but needless to say the food was trash

Omg way over priced $10.50 for 3 little pieces of dry chicken stripe and a strawberry shake. That’s it. No sauce no napkins no straw. The lady at the windows was nice but holy cow never again.

Today I stop by HARDEE’S. In California it’s Carl’s JR. In the south it’s. Hardee’s. Food was really good. Right food temperature. , good. Appearance the employees very professional and friendly.
