I work with DoorDash and frequently pick up orders from this store. In the past, the experience was always very good. Orders were usually ready when I arrived, and there were rarely any delays picking them up and delivering them to customers.

Recently, however, I’ve noticed that the wait times have increased. On my last visit, I had to wait about 15–20 minutes for the order to be ready. It wasn’t just me—there were about six other drivers also waiting for their orders at the same time.

It seems that the efficiency may have declined compared to how things used to be. I hope this can be improved, because this location has always provided excellent service in the past. Thank you!

This can be the best or worst Taco Bell in the city depending on who is working, but whoever they’ve got in the kitchen recently needs to be fired immediately. I ordered a taco and opened it in the parking lot, just a few feet away from the store, and it was completely shattered and impossible to eat. No time had passed for this to have happened during travel. It feels as if someone made my food and then just decided to slam it with their fist as hard as possible.

2 stars because the sheer audacity to serve this to someone is honestly inspiring. The lack of shame, care, or desire to provide an even semi consumable product is some of the worst I’ve ever seen, and in that regard I’m impressed.

I don’t come to taco bell for quality food, we know what we’re getting when we eat here. What I’m saying is that I’m not picky and I never complain, but this was on another level of disrespect towards a loyal customer.

Went in ordered 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos, a cheesy beef burrito, cinnamon twist and 2 medium drinks, while we were waiting on our food a guy told my husband the rice WAS NOT ready yet that he could replace it with potato’s….? Anyways they gave us the burritos with the uncooked rice anyways I went up to get my FORGOTTEN cinnamon twist and told the lady working the counter about the rice situation she asked if I wanted her to replace them I said I guess and she just walked away and never spoke to me again…rude. Also the beef on my burrito was replace with beans? NOW I KNOW YALL ARNT OUT OF BEEF.

I despise this Taco Bell location. I placed a small order over the app. Three items. Nothing crazy. I waited a few minutes and checked my app and it said my order was ready. I went inside and it’s nowhere to be found. Not at the pickup area or even behind the front counter. I’m standing there and the workers are ignoring me. I finally got someone’s attention and explained that my app said my order was ready, but it wasn’t there. They walked away and no one would tell me what was going on. I ended up waiting an additional fifteen minutes for my order to finally come out. My quesarito, which was the main reason I placed the order, was incredibly small and had hardly anything inside of it. I even paid extra to swap out the beef for chicken and there was hardly any in it at all. I rarely eat Taco Bell, but it seems whenever I do, there’s always some kind of issue. I’d order from another location if there was one close by, but there isn’t. I’ve given them so many chances to redeem themselves, but I’m left disappointed every time. If you live relatively close to another location, I strongly recommend ordering it from that one.

Half of their ordering screen through the drive through was blank took forever to answer the intercom. This was close to what I ordered It was supposed to be the soft taco and I would have preferred Getting one that wasn’t completely smashed. It’s mortifying that I work in a warehouse And they make more.

The service was extremely slow. There were constant alarms from the kitchen. The walls were dirty. They left sanitizing buckets left where orders are picked up. That seems really gross. Honestly all the Taco Bells in Greenville have been terrible. Seems management needs to train their staff better.

Worst experience today. Wait 20 minutes while I watch others who ordered well after me get their food. At the 14 minute mark I ask about my order and the lady checks with the man actually making the food and he responds he is getting Marcus first as he has “been waiting longer” his name on the screen was at 8 minutes. Then he makes three more orders that aren’t mine. The lady says to him “Please tell me you are making her order”. He informs her that the other ones he is making are “more important”. She lets him know no one is more important than the others and that she doesn’t want to fight with him. The food was thrown together and extremely messy. This location is normally my favorite but today’s experience was absolutely ridiculous

I am extremely impressed with the remarkable transformation at this Taco Bell location. While I experienced some service and quality issues in the past, the difference under the new General Manager, Samuel, is truly night and day. The current level of customer service and food quality is outstanding. Furthermore, I want to specifically commend James; his customer service skills are exceptional, and he consistently ensures that every order is prepared to a high standard. This management and team are doing excellent work.

seriously the most disrespectful NIGHTSHIFT/CLOSING workers. WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS ON DUTY is incompetent and needs to learn some basic human decency. this isn’t the first time i’ve had an issue with an order i’ve placed for PICK UP. if you love yourself, don’t order anything after 1am— they’ll eat it or not make it. then yell at you for wanting what you paid for???? wow crazy… the staff is disgusting with their attitude and it’s not a new thing here. do better taco bell, this is disappointing, considering your other locations in greenville seem to be FINE…
