Ok… first off this place was so cool. The vibe was amazing and the waiter was great! He read the group well and what foods they would like. Really appreciate a good waiter who can read the room and what experience we want. He was attentive and helpful with our questions. Always appreciated.

The food was DIVINE. Absolutely delicious. All of us loved each option. For the GF peeps- this doesn’t have a ton of options so just know that going in. however, the roasted chicken was so good it didn’t matter if I couldn’t try other options. The green beans were also exceptional! We loved it.

Location, food, and service was wonderful! Highly recommend this. It’s on the pricier side for me personally but I think reasonable for how delicious the food was. I had the starter Shrimp and grits and green beans side. 10/10 recommend

The atmosphere is comfortable and attractive. We made reservations and our table was ready when we arrived. Service was prompt, courteous, attentive and accurate. The menu has a nice range but it isn’t extensive. It was noisy between the patrons and the music. If your heading requires a quieter environment, this isn’t for you–within there is some limited seating outside you might try. The food was prepared well, was tasty, and served in sufficient portions.

Two quibbles with the food. The Farm Plate has good flavor but needs a bit more moisture. During our visit, it was a bit dry. Desert was the Blueberry Crumble which more about blueberries over a crumble cake. It comes with a small helping of ice cream but it too was a bit dry. Again, good flavor, but either make it a true crumble or find a way to add moisture.

OK, as I said, those are quibbles. The night was a good night and we would return.

Recommended.

My husband and I love to ride our bikes to Lockeland Table from the gulch. It’s a great date night. You can’t beat the neighborhood feel and the atmosphere. It’s not like so many places in Nashville which feel restaurant group owned. It’s local and unique, the kind of place you can dress up for or feel comfortable casual. The food is always delicious. It’s clear the kitchen pays attention to detail. There are dishes for everyone- vegan, pescatarian and carnies. Cocktails and wine are lovely too. Probably need a reservation, though we’ve gotten lucky with early seating at the bars.

Super nice, trendy restaurant in a quaint Nashville neighborhood. Reservations are highly recommended although, not required.

An internet search while traveling pointed us to Lockeland on a Friday evening and we so happened to thread the needle of being being able to get a table. We did not have reservations but luckily found a couple of seats at the bar. The bartender quickly greeting us, giving us menus and offering drink choices. The bartenders were very attentive and alot of fun to talk to.

We opted for a non traditional meal choice and started with a bunch of apps and made it more of a small plate, tapas style meal. We loved everything we got from the wings to the empanadas to the warm dip. Everything came out on time and was full of flavor and the cocktails were out of this world. Not the traditional cocktails you would expect but all bursting with flavors.

A must go-to restaurant.

The food was really good, and the pizza of the day was even better than I expected! Jess was great — she answered our questions and gave us some awesome recommendations for our trip.

The menu felt somewhat inconsistent. Some items were delicious. Others were nothing special. My friends and I split a bunch of dishes. Loved the bibb lettuce wedge salad. That was the best dish that we ate. The arancini was fine. The happy hour tacos I don’t recommend. They lacked a depth of flavor I was hoping for. The campanelle pasta was tasty. The sides with the pork chop were better than the pork chop itself. Loved the ambiance inside. It was very lively. And everything was priced well.

This place has a wonderfully relaxed, earthy vibe, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I recently stopped by on 2/4/25 and tried the bone marrow appetizer. The flavor was delicious, especially paired with the grilled sourdough. While I enjoyed the taste, the texture was a bit too fatty for my liking, so I probably wouldn’t order it again. I also sampled some of their happy hour cocktails. While the drinks were tasty, they were served in very small glasses (think slightly larger than a double shot) for the $7 happy hour price. My Manhattan was served chilled without ice, while the Old Fashioned was served in a glass full of ice, making the actual amount of liquor in each comparable to about a shot. The menu is on the smaller side, focusing on appetizers, pizzas, and salads. Despite the small portions in the drinks, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is so relaxing and earthy, it’s a great spot to chill out in the evening.

Your service and the food were some of the best I’ve ever had. We went last night with a group of 9 people. After we left, we could not stop talking about how great this place was. Highly recommended. Thank you so much
