A place in Mobile order at this location when arrived they asked me to pull forward waiting for my meal about 5 minutes, came home sat down to eat and to our surprise my chicken sandwich bun had mold. went back to the location spoke to the manager all he said was I’m sorry. I asked how special their workers have to be for them not to see the mold on the bun. Not just this but they always be giving the wrong order or you always be missing food from your order. will not be coming back to this location.

Wow!! I’m just not understanding why their is only one employee working the store with a million and one customers pulling up for food .. management outta be a shame if they self for allowing that young lady to work by her self.. but let me tell you this she’s doing an outstanding job and she’s getting them order out .. and after tonight I hope she quits and never return back there to work

I ordered 3 Large fries, thats all i ordered and they gave me half Large fries. So basically Paid for Large fries and got small fries instead. Never ordering here again. Im so upset

Speaker work sometimes, sometimes they work from the speaker you’re park by. Forgetful staff will forget ingredients or items from your order you paid for. Customer service is lacking, when you greet someone with hello, and they say “9.50$”. No other verbal interactions. After your struggle to order you may leave with food but probably burnt burger, dark fries or flat soda. All in all driving the extra miles to the next one.

I just want to say the ladies that work in the afternoons made getting the Grinchmas meal so fun and exciting. Their demeanors made the whole experience so great! They were excited and smiling. I was greeted with such enthusiasm made me want to give a shot out ❣️ MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I used the mobile app. Service was quick but felt rushed to beat their drive thru time because they gave me my drink at window pickup 1 then immediately told me to go window pickup 2 when there were no other cars even in line. My bagel sandwich was on burnt bagel pieces, both top and bottom. I had to separate the insides of the “sandwich” to eat. Just before 6am on 2/26/25.

Lady working the drive thru was incredibly RUDE. Rude while taking your order. Shoves an overflowing coffee at you. Shoves your food at you. Doesn’t say a word and glares at you. She needs to find a new job.

Ordered late night door dash delivery. The fries, burgers and chicken nuggets were cold. Adding the burgers were smashed. The food was not fresh. Waste of money.

Responding to the response. The issue is with the restaurant. My delivery driver and the delivery partner not the problem.

I understand that this is a busy establishment especially around the time I came, 10pm on a Friday. I was only here to pickup a DoorDash order, but was completely ignored, while the lobby, which was closed, was opened to service a woman and a group of children. As the worker on duty had to pass by me in order to let this special group of guests into the lobby, I was not acknowledged. I waited over 10 minutes before a manager came to assist me and headed me my order that was had been sitting

I am absolutely APPALLED… I paid for 2 Big Mac meals and only RECEIVED ONE. Additionally, we got 2 CARAMEL FRAPPES. And we received 2 but FILLED WITH PLASTIC!!!! As you can see in the photos below all of the black SPECKS ARE PLASTIC. I only noticed when I felt them in my mouth. I hope you understand this is grounds for legal ACTION. You will hear from my lawyer soon.
