Come on now Sonic, the amount of fries you put in the boxes is getting more and more pitiful. It’s just sad, this is what I typically find when I open my bag looking for delicious wavy fries, and no, there were no fries that spilled out in the bag either .. I might suspect that the hubby decided to sneakily sample said delicious fries, but alas, I am usually present when we receive the order from the restaurant… Also, one of the two chicken tenders my child received this time was tiiiiiny…

This review is not about Sonic location but about the service with their web app. I placed one order on Feb 14 and the app led me to believe that it didnt go through. I placed a 2nd order and then realized the the 1st order went through. I asked them to not fill the second order and asked for a refund. They said they cant refund and to call the number on the receipt. I have called them two times and as of today, Feb. 20th, I have not received any confirmation or status update from corporate headquarters. The app is flawed and use with caution when the app says an order couldnt go through or be confirmed. Check your email account and confirm checkin through the order confirmation sent.

How can this Sonic always be so bad. All of our food was cold and we had to take the rotten tasty vegetables off our cheeseburgers. I gave it a 2 because the cold burgers were ok once we got the freezer burned tasting vegetables off. They looked like they had seen better days. The tater tots were mushy but my cheddar peppers were cold and hard. How long do you have to let a jalapeño popper sit to get the cheese to become rock hard? I don’t know but this Sonic does. I can’t figure out how to put photos on here but I want everyone to see how bad this was.

I visited this location two times. The first time the speaker for ordering in the drive-through was wonky. I ordered and the food was fine however, because of the speaker, it did not catch an additional item that I ordered. I didn’t realize I didn’t have it until I got home. The hamburgers were OK but not as good as some other fast food restaurants that are popular. I decided to go back again the same day and try the new orangesickle slushy. It is good and I am glad I got it. I would not say it’s a five out of five, but I feel that it’s refreshing cool and not over sweet. So I would put that slushy at a for.
I changed my mind after drinking all of my slushy. It’s definitely a five. The little Bobo bead things pop in my mouth and our refreshing spritz of flavor. It’s definitely worth getting.

Is there an actual adult working here? Each time I come here, something is always wrong with my order. This time the guy taking my order couldn’t hear me because of all the screaming and loud music playing. He acted like it was my fault he couldn’t hear me.
My hotdog was smothered in ketchup and relish. I know they come with it but it was so much sauce that my bun was a soggy mess.
I ordered tots, they gave me fries.
It shouldn’t be that hard to get a normal hotdog and tots.

Drew that’s awesome at the Sonic every time I come here he’s always has a smile on his face and is very happy with this customers or at least with me. Whenever I do come over to this Sonic and ask for fresh mozzarella sticks he is happy to do that. His personality is just awesome.

First off I’ll give 5⭐️ to the friendly staff. I avoid busy times and have always had very quick service.
The 3 stars is more toward Sonic corporate as they set the standard for the menu items. While there are some good items like the Coney Dogs and Onion Rings the burgers are sub-par and overpriced. The buns and cheese are obviously the cheapest they can source, the lettuce and tomato were missing in action (see picture) and there’s no excuse for a couple of tiny pieces of chopped onion when they use whole onion slices for the rings.
Sonic has some tasty ice cream treats and I enjoy the old school drive-in vibe but especially with no indoor seating, or the expense of it, the prices should come down and the quality should come up.

Pretty average. The servers are usually friendly and helpful but the orders are periodically fulfilled incorrectly. Today I ordered a 44oz drink with no ice because I just really wanted to maximize my Dr. Pepper intake. Well the cup came out filled about 2 inches below the top and when I measured the liquid when I got home I was pretty disappointed as it didn’t even measure 32oz (a whole size smaller!). Maybe next time 44oz will actually be 44oz. I’ll upload the photos if it lets me.
