3rd time here this week.
First 2 times were perfect, through the drive thru. Today I came inside as I saw the drive thru line was long. They were heavily short staffed but all busting their tails and still so friendly. They definitely know how to get it done. Regardless of a rush, they all still washed their hands and changed gloves regularly between taking orders and making orders. Which is rare to see now a days.
Very thankful to this staff today.

The cashier Adarius was friendly & kind, very professional and welcoming. The wait time was quick, food fresh, and my iced Caramel craze Latte & my Avocado toast with bacon was delicious & superb! Excellent service today!

I don’t know what’s up with this location. They are consistently out of everything. And when they do they give you the wrong food. I’m typing this in the parking lot right now because this location (next to five guys) is terrible. We normally avoid the location but on days where I run out of K-pop’s and don’t go to the store I sparingly stop by this location. They normally have drinks….normally…..and from what I seen the drive thru person was not very good at taking orders and they might be understaffed…I don’t think anybody should lose jobs…I

Same story as years ago, start out with great tasting donuts and coffee and service and then all three go downhill. The donuts come in Frozen. They always run out of the most popular flavors quickly why not order more of those and less of the ones that don’t sell. French crullers are good. My last coffee was a latte and instead of making out hot she made it cold. She went back to remake it but only used what little bit of espresso that was left from my first drink. Unfortunately when I got my drink it only tasted like oat milk and sugar. I originally wanted hot chocolate but they had ran out. I should have just driven away. That was my last DD trip for sure!

Pleaseeee teach the employees HOW to make a matcha or just don’t serve it. There’s no reason half the powder is sitting at the bottom like this… and the lid on my cup had hairs on it. EEEYUCKKK. The guy at the window with locs is nice though.

Visited Saturday 7/23 at 1:49pm, the staff were not excited that we walked in the door. Sluggishly responsive to our questions and non conversational throughout the ordering process, maybe they had an exhaustive day. The business was clean and a crew member was cleaning tables when we entered the store. Donuts were stocked with a wide variety. Iced coffee was okay, though I would not recommend it. My daughter enjoyed the powdered sugar donut and chocolate milk. To be completely honest, there are much better coffee and donut shops in the Huntsville area.

Came in to pick up a mobile order, the place is packed and there are 2 employees doing the best they can all while maintaining great attitudes. Brittany is an asset to this company for sure. The male employee is also doing great under all the stress of it just being the 2 of them.
2 weeks later I come back in to pick up a mobile order and Brittney is busting her butt trying to take care of a backed up drive thru and the customers inside. She is probably the only reason this branch is still open.

I asked for a large iced coffee light ice and I ask for light ice so I can have more coffee and less ice cause they love to over fill the cup with mostly ice. I mentioned light ice at the beginning before they even made the coffee. Than I notice at the end the whole cup is fills with ice and I ask again for light ice she literally takes a used spoon and scoops ice out the cup. So now only half of the large cup is full with coffee and the rest is a whole lot of coal foam. Like yall need to do better. I paid for a large coffee and basically got a medium for the price of a large. Like yall need to do better and I never have problems with this location til this new management came along. Like yall need to stop trying to take peoples HARD EARNED money and cheat them.

Came in to order a frozen coffee, it appeared to have no coffee in it (just coffee flavored syrup). It tasted like milk and ice. I asked for a remake, and the 2nd one was worse than the first one. This was maybe the 2nd time in the last year I’ve been here to this location. I will not be coming back here again. Go to a real local coffee shop that has actual coffee.
