Had a great lunch here. They have some awesome lunch specials, yet you can still order from their regular menu as well. The staff here are excellent. The hostesses and servers will engage with you from the moment you walk into the restaurant. They can make perfect recommendations or even help you with ordering. The food came out quickly and was delicious. It is easy to find using Google Maps with plenty of free parking all around the building.

Lexi was a wonderful hostess! Our drinks weren’t empty, she was polite, friendly, we received a perfect order(and we had a few changes), attentive, and we didn’t have to wait for our order to be taken. I ordered the cheeseburger served on a fajita plate, with cheese as a base. It has a name, thatbI obviously forgot, BUT the important fact is that whomever cooked that beast, cooked it PERFECTLY! I unexpectedly had one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever eaten. I expected what I always get, but this thing was the perfect temperature, perfect amount of every ingredient, and the damn thing had been in the oven as well as cooked on the griddle and it was still perfect. That wasn’t Applebee’s, that was the kitchen! My business partner and I had had a very long day, and our short time here was very, surprisingly, enjoyable. Kudos to the crew!

My wife and I visited Applebee’s, and we ordered the two for $25. I ordered the chicken with waffle fries, and she ordered a steak. The steak was supposed to be medium. It was well done and a little bit tough. Other than that, it was okay. My chicken was great. I enjoyed it. The waffle fries were hot and crispy, so we had no complaints. Basically, just the steak was a little overdone service was quick, and the food came out very quickly.

On Christmas night 2024 We were staying at a local hotel and called in takeout for our family. First off we were thankful they were open because we know that’s a tough day to staff for so it was much appreciated.
When I arrived to pick it up they had the order ready and I took it back to the hotel. Upon checking it there we found out they left out a side salad and also the steak toppings and the extra salad dressing we had paid for (fortunately all the children’s food was correct, it was just my wife and my order that were affected). I called the store and explained the situation and was directed to speak to the GM. She apologized and asked if we would like to come back to the hotel or be compensated at a future date. Since we live out of town and the hotel was only a few minutes away I went back.
When I got there the GM came out to my car with the missing items and again personally apologized for the missing items which were replaced and she also gave us unsolicited a free dessert.
I understand that mistakes are going to happen, but how this was handled was executed perfectly by the team at this location. There was no confrontation or jumping through hoops to get it rectified, she simply made it right and for that we are grateful. The food was great and when in town we will definitely try them again especially since my wife LOVES the Oriental Chicken Salad.

I ordered car side to go online. My order was said to be picked up at 4:35. I got there at 4:35. At 4:50 I called. I was told my food wasn’t ’quite’ done yet but she would bring it out as soon as it was ready. My food was finally brought out at 5:05. 30 min late. I asked to speak to a manager about getting a gift card or discount. Shift manager comes out and tells me she doesn’t have the power to give me a discount or gift card only the GM does. What’s the point of having a shift supervisor if they can’t do anything? She obviously wasn’t making sure the food was being cooked in a timely fashion. What really gets me is I worked there at one time and I know most of the stuff I ordered is cooked in the microwave and to top it off I got home and could tell my pasta had been sitting there a really long time. So this tells me that someone forgot to cook my food. If this was the case the manager should have brought my food out with a discount because that’s what good customer service is. Instead she acted like she didn’t think it was a big deal my food was 30 min past due and told me there was nothing she could do about it. I worked in the food industry for several years so it takes a lot for me to complain and if they had given me a discount or held themselves accountable for shitty service I wouldn’t even be writing this review. The place has gone downhill in the last few years and after this I will never eat there again. Sad.
