The business response shows me that they didn’t read my review!
Mozzarella sticks were really good. Chicken Bacon ranch quesadilla was really good. Had 2 separate tickets at our table. The first order came out extremely quick. Waited and waited and waited for the other order. Waiter walked by several times and we tried to get his attention but unable or ignored. Anyway,He finally asked how we were and we let him know that our second order had not come out and everyone needed refills. Once he checked with kitchen, food came quick. However, the other couples food was completely cold after waiting for ours.
My husband and I had lunch there today. Our food came out super fast.
Our waitress (pink hair, didn’t get her name) delivered top notch service. She was constantly asking if we needed anything. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were okay the entire time.
We stayed awhile after we finished eating so my husband could finish working and she still continued to check on us.
Worst service ever at Chili’s. My daughter and I met new friends. We happened to visit the Collierville location. We enjoyed our food and waiter and have a 40% tip.
1 week later, we went to the Poplar location in Memphis. One of our new friends met us there. Our hair has natural soft coils, and hers is straight blonde.
The service at our table was segregated, and yes, she got better service while seated with us. It was like a horrible science experience for 2025.
However, even she didn’t get her side item, and neither did we. We had to get it to go. Her salad went to waste, and so did our soup. On top of that, my daughter got violently sick later that evening and had to visit the restroom multiple times over a 24-hour period.
The waitress actually rushed us out. However, the people seated near us (all of one accord) received better service, leftovers placed in a bag, and stayed much longer than we were able to be seated.
I’m know for sure that I will NEVER patronage that location again. But, is this the new atmosphere moving forward with mixed dinners at pubs? This was atrocious and embarrassing.
They have us tiny to go cups. She was tipped 18 & 20%. If we x only knew……..
