Pulled this paper out of my mouth after chewing up the spinach artichoke pastry. I don’t know what’s worse, almost eating this, or the fact that they didn’t even date the food on the label.
The spaghetti tastes like it sat next to a tomato once. So incredibly bland, not a sniff of spice.
Save your money, the meat sauce spaghetti next door at Oishi is league’s better. They actually flavor their sauce there.

Came here for the first time with my fiancé and the service was exceptional. The manager Jacob knows how to make the customers feel like family and he is very professional and kind. I haven’t had service like that in a long time. I definitely will be coming back a lot and looking forward to great food next time. The Lobster Bisque is out of this world and the Carbonara is just as great! Thank you!!

Had an amazing experience here. The workers got my food and my kids foods correct and it was nice and hot and delicious! The manger Jacob made sure we felt like family. He was very professional and he made sure his workers got our order right even though they was having power issues. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job!

My wife and i never heard of this place. We ordered online. When we pulled up to pick it up, we were both disappointed to see it was like a chiltople type of restaurant, and all the employees looked to be in their teens or early 20’s. However, we already paid so we got our to go order and bailed. Once we got home and unpacked our food, i tried a bite of mine. I couldn’t believe what my mouth was telling me. ABSOLUTELY delicious. I got some pasta with meat and white sauce. My wife ordered for me so I’m not sure exactly what it was. But it was so so good. My wife got a salad and she loved it as well. My wife and i both agreed that if we had not seen the restaurant with our own eyes we would have thought this came from a fancy restaurant. It was so good. I can’t wait to get back there again!!

Service was phenomenal, good portion sizes and workers were kind and friendly, store is also clean and well kept this is my go to location, today I was eating in store with my husband and the manager came with a free bogo card 10/10 made my experience even better. The new management seems to know exactly what they are doing.

Jacob took my order & it taste absolutely amazing. His customer service was top tier. I never been here before but because of Jacob I’d come back a million times just bcus of his customer service. I ordered at 830 pm thinking maybe that’s a mistake to order so close to closing time. But I’ve been sick for a week and needed some healthier food options so crossed my fingers and gave it a go. Should have trusted my instincts. The crispy chicken was nothing but hard little pieces of breading. I could hardly bite into them. With the price of eating out these days you BETTER deliver on the food! I’m disgusted with how often food chains think they can skimp their customers! Train your employees to serve QUALITY please!! So out of hand.

This was my first time going to this specific Piada. It wasn’t busy when I went around 3:30 on a Saturday. The menu is large enough to read and I like the variety of options. I got a regular carbonara, which tasted just right. My bowl had a lot of different healthy ingredients and I appreciated the generous dressings on top of it. The bowl was yummy and filling, and I had leftovers! The workers were all nice to me. The bathroom was clean too. I’ll come back and try the cannoli cookies; they look good!
