Had a family dinner tonight which is usual for my big family 30-35 people , when we arrived we were the only ones in the restaurant! We were instantly greeted with a smile and friendly personality from Mr.Nicc who I learned was the manager!❤️ He worked hard to make sure we were all happy and satisfied , thank you also to Mr. Chad (District Manager) you were totally awesome! Kept us laughing the entire visit! The world needs more people like you & I pray that God continues to bless you both for the beautiful caring personality that you have! Way to go IHOP Prattville!

Miss Denise, at you’re from counter is very personable. She knows how to work with a customer and is very knowledgeable of the menu. when I didn’t care for the price she was able to get me something that worked better in my price. she’s an asset to your company. Miss toya the assistant is super friendly as well. Thanks for a nice experience while I was waiting for my car to be serviced next door. I’ll be back with family.

The food is good, but I would NEVER recommend getting iHop delivered. Every time we’ve gotten delivery, without fail, they forget someone’s food. Someone in our house has had their food, sides, or toppings completely forgotten every single time; they don’t seem to care to check if the order is fully there before bagging it. Maybe it’s on the delivery driver, but I really doubt it with how consistent it’s been despite getting different delivery drivers.

Went on Tuesday Dec 23rd with a fairly large group roughly 15 people. They had one server he was seating people taking orders and delivering food and drinks. Poor server was way over worked. No complaints on him at all he was doing his best. Food was subpar we definitely wont be back. Kitchen was slow getting food out half the table received food the rest of table waited 20 more mins before receiving their food. Food was not worth an hour wait. Most food was either cold or looked to be microwaved or old.
