I came in on a Friday with my kids expecting to order and dine in. I had cash at the time so needed to order at the register. A manager asked me if I was ordering or picking up and when I said ordering he walked away and never came back to help. So we left and went to Whataburger across the street that had was better service.
Then I ordered through Uber Eats tonight and paid for extra sauces and didn’t receive not 1 at all. If I pay for something I expert I receive it. Do better McDonald’s!

They messed up my order and left out a meal. When I went back to tell them, the manager gave me the 3rd degree and treated me like I was trying to steal a meal. Dropped food out the door and shut it on me. Horrible way to treat someone when your team made a mistake. It goes without saying, I won’t ever be back.

Clearly says NO BEEF all over, yet puts beef. I give up ordering from this place. I’m paying more money without beef. You have it all over the packaging yet you still include beef. Staff needs help or train job or both

Doordash- expect about an hour and your order to be wrong. Drivethru- expect 30-45 minutes – regardless of how many people are in line. Ridiculous. Ordered no cheese. Ticket says no cheese. I got extra cheese. So irritating.4th time. Never ordering from here again.

Never been inside, but can confidently say that this is the SLOWEST McDonald’s drive-thru ever. Just waited 23 minutes for a mobile order… Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. They also never, ever remember sauces. Get it together!!!

This location was filthy on inside. Not one table without food chunks. Well there were three tables at back of dining room with chairs on top of tables. We removed chairs and sat there.
French Fries were fresh and hot. But Big Mac and Crispy Chicken Sandwich were just warm. And Crispy Chicken Sandwich had been in warmer for long time as edges were chewy. Although three tomato slices were fresh.
The soda fountain and catsup dispenser were in need of attention too. Gross with sticky soda and catsup splatter.
Oh, and customers ahead of us, order #165, ordered to go, but were given a tray for dine in. When customer said it was a to go order the counter person handed the customer a brown bag for self-sacking. Not good customer service.
Finally, the ordering kiosks need a thorough wipe down. They were gross too touch as well. We wont visit this McDonald’s again.

Hashbrowns were like a wet sock. Frappe was chunky ice. Staff didnt say a word. Sandwich missing cheese.
Just go to the Mcdonalds a couple miles east from here, this place is nasty.

This is ridiculous. Every single time I go through the drive-through, there’s no one behind me, yet I’m told to pull up and wait in a “reservation spot” just so they can make their drive-through timer look better. If the food isn’t ready, just be honest—I don’t mind waiting at the window. But don’t make the customer play games to help your numbers. It’s inconvenient and frustrating, and it makes the whole experience feel dishonest. So…i pull in the spot… and they are walking out with my food… make that make sense Plus… this truck i drive is big… and the traffic in front of the store is busy at times… Yuk! Great fries though!

Went and picked up food for my kids, got home, and my son noticed hair in his food. When looking at it, you could see that it didn’t accidentally fall into his Big Mac. There were 3 pieces of hair 1 in the sauce and 1 on each meat patty. Absolutely disgusting.
