Beautiful hospitality. They also have nice sweets. Love going here.
Not oily, not full of cream, not heavy – just light, healthy and full of taste. Come here for an authentic home style Indian experience. The canteen has a relaxed atmosphere and everyone is welcome!
Great ambience.
Could have been better if there was the desert and starter included on the meal with the price charged for.
or more varity in dishes for vegetarian options.
To the higher price for the food being offered.
As a fan of indian food who lived in India for several months, I can say it was an exceptional experience. From the first bite of samosas to the last spoon of kulfi, every dish was delicious and tasted authentic.
Beyond the food, the staff’s kindness enhanced the overall experience. They were attentive, welcoming and made us feel at home.
Adding to the tasty food and attentive people, the meal was very reasonably priced.
Thank you for having received us so warmly.
All at €10.00 only. Wow.
Although, lots more available as side order at extra cost.
At checkout lots of authentic indian pre packed nik naks to purchase.
Cantina is in the basement of the Hindu Temple,
alongside the underground car park.
Only 4 * rating as no windows but nonetheless very vibrant with a good number of Portugues clients at our dinner and few Indians with bindi that added to the charm.
