Should be listed as slow food not fast.
Sat in drive thru for more than an hour and 20min they asked for our receipt and didn’t give it back.
Stupid fools are working.. want them to mess up it’s guaranteed.. gave me cold food..asked for a manager and she had attitude.. took an additional 15 minutes to fix it all and we still sat at the front of the store waiting for food. She said she would bring it out. She didn’t.
.the only damn thing warm was my chicken nuggets..the gal that was acting like she was the manager never brought us our food. Makes no since to have a drive thru if I have to go into the store and get the food that they screwed up anyway.. and still didn’t fix the only damn thing fixed was the fries found hair in my caramel dolce frappe.. along with chunks of ice..
I am disgusted and furious… Worst experience ever.. The night crew needs to teach these people how to do their jobs correctly…

Didnt give us any issues, just a few swear words and a few teens coming in to cause chaos but nothing too bad. Food was good, loaded us up on fries, was great about helping us when we had a issue with our order.

At this point I blame the owners. It’s very obvious the employees don’t care one iota. They have proven it time and time again. Every single time I eat here, it’s just wrong. Its the McDonald’s menu. Most people love it, and most people who don’t eat a lot of fast food don’t like it. If you like that, the food is fine. Some people say that the service here has been slow and problematic for years and it’s only gotten more uneven in the past year. I’ve ordered here twice and haven’t had any issues with order speed or customer service.
As of January 2019, this location is undergoing an exterior facelift and remodel. So while there’s a lot of construction going on outside, it should be worth it. Recent interior remodeling has given it a nice face lift.

Over 40 minute wait for a mobile order. Have never seen a McDonald’s with service this poor. It is honestly a corporate issue at this point, as someone from outside this location needs to step in and solve this. Absolutely avoid this location if you are on any kind of a timeline.
**Update 6 August 24** After this experience I wrote an e-mail to the Corporate Office. I produced time-stamped receipts and provided order screenshot(s). As a result I received an immediate response and a refund. The Corporate contact information is posted by the entrance; I am attaching a picture of this information to this review. It is obvious that Corporate is trying to remedy this situation – they were incredibly helpful. Also, I neglected to mention in my initial review that the restaurant was clean; this appeared to be largely due to the actions of an individual employee who was working quite hard. He was obviously doing his best and had the bathrooms very clean as well. He should be commended.

Waited over half hour for my meal only to have it served cold. Sent meal back only to have the same meal served back to me 25 minutes later. At no point did any employee ask if we needed anything. Had to go to my own personal vehicle to get my pizza king napkins, because employees did not even offer a napkin. Asked for refill and literally finished my meal before my refill was done.

Terrible service. Rang in order at kiosk since that’s the only option and chose pay at counter. Then the staff ignored us for fifteen minutes even though there was no one else in the store. We ended up leaving without getting anything. Half the time when you do get something it’s cold.

Stop in from being on the road for 10 hours waited 20 mins for our food. The place wasn’t busy. Nuggets tasted like rubber. Piss poorly ran. The place was trash. Pics are available. They take such pride in cleaning as well. Pic posted of it.

Just wish I just could get my food right and enjoy,but it just never happens here, instead of being/getting angry,I just feel disappointed in the management of it;also wish a employee wouldn’t bad talk about haveing to walk it to you for getting curbside,if they don’t like it don’t offer it. hopefully one day they will hit the mark
