Arrived around 10 am and the dining room door was locked with no sign on the door. It sure would be nice to notify people with a sign at the entrance before they Park and get out of their vehicle to find out the dining room is closed doing normal business hours without a sign on that door. Took my business down the road to the competition and won’t be back.

Been coming to this location for over a year as we moved into the neighborhood behind it. Had a small issue with a chicken sandwich not coming plain. Went back the next day because we have a newborn and couldn’t go back same night. Aaron took great care of me and was super cordial and made sure to make it right. I’m not the type to go back, but honestly it’s happened more than once. GM needs a lesson in chill though.

Today we ordered two steak biscuits and went to pick them up, and they we’re out of them. The manager was amazing! I wish I had his name but he went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and wants. They get my praises for being as nice as they were.I hope all of his employees treat their customers as beautifully as he did. Bravo!

Visiting in from out of town and the food was absolutely delicious. Ordered through the mobile app and as soon as I parked a young gentleman brought our food out right away and they made sure to put in honey, hot said and utensils. Definitely will be eating here again before leaving town.

They make you order drive thru with an AI assistant now, which was uncomfortable and unnerving to experience. No doubt an excuse to skimp on hiring enough staff, at the expense of the customer. Food was still good, but I left feeling depressed.

Never been here before, figured we would stop and grab a quick bite on our way back home from Alabama. Food was OK, customer service was good. Bathrooms were pretty nasty. Initially the customer service was through the roof, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by what looks like the manager. She was amazing and took very good care of us. After getting our meal we noticed that we were missing a dipping sauce. Let’s just say that they guard that dipping sauce like if it was Fort Knox lol they would not give us a dipping sauce for our meal and made us pay for it. No big deal right? It was only $.49 but it should have come with the meal. I get it people take advantage of situations like this and asked for several dipping sauces, but we just needed one. Small things go along way. Chicken was OK, biscuits were great, fries were old and the mac & cheese wasn’t all that good. The tater tot looking things were really good, that was the only thing that was fresh in our meal. Other than the biscuit, the biscuit was good. Would have been good to have some honey but I wasn’t paying for that either. I was afraid to go back up and ask.
