Ordered thru the drive thru Went to the pay window and confirmed what I ordered Went the next window got our drinks and ask to pull off to the side to get the food sat for about 10 minutes they finally brought me our food after leaving we found that they screwed up the order even after confirming at pay window to top it off the burger was dry. Went in tonight 7/30/23 and got food for myself and my family. 2 mcchickens, 2 McDoubles, 2 happy meals and the new jalapeño burger. They left out the burger but I didn’t realize until I got home. So I drove back with the receipt, they offered to make it fresh because the one they left out had been sitting for 30 minutes already. So they made me a new one and I was silly enough to not check it again. Got home (an hour after placing the initial order), started eating and halfway through it I realized it was raw. I was so hungry I didn’t even realize it was raw until I put it down and picked it back up. The meat was RAW. Needless to say I’m not eating the rest of it. I should’ve just asked for my money back to replace the gas I wasted going back for a RAW burger. I tried to call 3 times, nobody ever answered the phone. I’m not the type to leave negative reviews or call corporate, but I think this would be a reasonable exception.

This was the third or fourth time we had visited this location for dinner and they have messed up our order again. Each time we have gotten our dinner something was wrong with our order. This most recent time was the release of the double Big Mac and we ordered it and when we got home it only had two patties and both patties were on the bottom of the burger there was nothing on top no sauce and barely any lettuce. Normally if it was a one-time thing it wouldn’t be any big deal but this has been almost every single time in the last 2 months we used to love going to this location but now we are finding ourselves traveling an extra 20 minutes and the opposite direction just to go to the other McDonald’s because they won’t mess up our order

The biggest problem with this McDonald’s in Quality Assurance. My experience is 25% error mistake in orders. Obviously, the Manager is not managing; probably working manager. Or the owner is not providing oversight. So, their employee attention to detail at best is a C- grade. Highly, inconvenient for drive through and if pressed for time. Owner and Manger start doing your Job!! Oversight and manage!!!!!!!!

The woman working the drive thru today was insanely rude. While telling her my order, she misheard what I said and once I made the correction in the order she said “that’s not what you said but whatever” regardless of if she misheard me , the attitude was extremely unnecessary.
