very mid-tier chipotle. I have visited more than 4 times. i would visit a different chipotle in this area if convenient for you.
the good:
1. very timely on the mobile orders. delivery is on-time or early. they do use the pickup shelf so you can grab and go without interaction.
the bad:
1. mobile orders is a miss here (seem to be hit-miss depending on Chipotle location). a ‘miss’ meaning the bowl portion is significantly smaller than they’d be if i was ordering in-person. they forgot to add fajitas to my quesadillas.
2. some of the team seems like they couldn’t care less. when i went up to kindly tell them about the order misses – they gave impression i was offending and inconveniencing them. i get we all may have long days, but it sucks to be on receiving end of bad service. i did get my replacement.
Neutral:
1. veggies are barely grilled/cooked and highly seasoned. not really a problem for me but very inconsistent with typical veggies.
the ugly:
1. the last time i visited, their bathroom was absolutely disgusting. if i wasn’t holding my breath i would have passed out from the smell. i try to be fair and not to be dramatic on reviews, and this feels true. hopefully conditions are better since that occurred 2 mo back.
this is the kind of visit where you think about tipping beforehand (you know, before you actually are serviced) and then you are glad you did not tip.
happy to reward actual customer service, but this wasn’t it!

Good food. Great service. The restaurant was busy but yet kept clean. The rice I felt was a little undercooked, but that’s largely a self desire. There weren’t any hard kernels of rice. It was simply more like American rice and I prefer Asian sticky rice. The lettuce was quite brown, but not excessively. The worst part of the whole experience was parking. This location is near a bank and that bank’s employees consume 90% of the parking. Then the remaining 10% of the spots are reserved for the bank. Quite ridiculous if you ask me. The spots reserved for the bank appeared to go largely unused.

Says they close at 11. They start pulling everything 45 minutes before. I didn’t even get a third of a scoop of barbacoa that was almost empty with more inside. Felt like I was in an apocalyptic future world where food is rationed to those who survived.
The employees were saying they close soon. They still had 45 minutes!
Worse part though is that they didn’t close my burrito bowl correctly. With the juice that was put into it when getting me the bottom scrapings of barbacoa made its way out and all over me and my table. I’m posting this because this is my third bad experience at this one specifically.

I made a google account just so I could make this review, I am not this person because one persons business doesn’t matter, but I will not be coming back to cedar bluff chipotle location! Everytime I have came for the past few months the ratio of food they give you is absolutely absurd for the price you have to pay! One scoop of everything is insane! It’s not about the company because you can travel to turkey creeks location and get a good amount for the price you pay! This is not okay! There’s always complaints about this store but nothing done. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Better location than the Chipotle on parkside. Ingredients are fresher ans the overall restaurant is much cleaner.
The only downfall to our experience was the temperature of the inside area. It was extremely cold and we had to wear our winter jackets while eating to keep warm.

went there tonight the person making the food in the beginning of the stations is rationing their rice. I got 2 half scoops to go in a bowl. Asked if they could put some more in and they wanted to be like well do you want the whole container? For my rice to be rock solid when I get home which is only a 20 minute drive. If you workers are going to have that bad of an attitude to the customers at least make sure the food is good.

The food is what you would expect from chipotle. Good food expensive but this isn’t about any of that. Our experience was made exceptional because Ashley too the time to interact with our kids and be patient with them. Bringing us extra water cups just because. This service is missing in most casual dinning let alone a fast casual or fast food environment. Great job Ashley and keep up the strong work in the future!

Chipotle is really hit or miss, and this location is no exception. Sometimes you’ll get an employee who generously fills your bowl, but other times, they’re so stingy with the portions that it feels like a complete rip off. Especially with how much prices have gone up over the years.
This spot also gets super busy, which might explain why they’ve run out of ingredients on more than one occasion when I’ve visited. It’s frustrating to pay full price and not even get what you came for. While I do enjoy Chipotle when they get it right, the inconsistency at this location is hard to overlook.

Was ordering my bowl we a giant cockroach ran across the counter. There was baby roach that was with the larger one that I was able to take a photo of. The worker was very accommodating and kind but a roach infestation is a no for me. Would not recommend eating there until they become more sanitary!!
