Our family were playing video games and they turned the power off to the arcade area at 830pm. Just like that, no warning. The games were shut off. While we were finishing up our pizza and drinks, the cleaning crew was putting all the benches on top of the tables. They came to our table and started to pick up what we had on the table and threw stuff away (our drinks and pizza slices on plates). We weren’t done, but they thought otherwise. They handed us pizza boxes, and one of the employees stood at our table with the large garbage can staring at us. This was at 845pm. So while we were collecting our belongings, they followed us out the door, turned the lights off and locked the door.
We arrived at 730pm. We asked nicely if they could change the channel on the tv, and we were told they didn’t know how.
The pizzas were just okay. They weren’t burnt, like they usually are. The soda machine, most of them weren’t working. They were all carbonated water. When we told them, they responded that they knew. But no one made an effort to change them out. Luckily the ice machine was working.
There wasn’t a lot of people there. Maybe three families, each had 5 people, 2 and 3 kids. Then there was us, a family of 9, with 5 kids.
We’ve never felt so uncomfortable at a Peter Pipers. Especially here in South Plaza. If it’s under new management, they need serious help in leadership, review the direction they’re headed in, and all need to be re-trained on Customer Service.
Since Beth left, that place has not been the same. Yes they up graded the video games. They removed the carousel and installed a jungle gym, but the Owners and employees, leave a bad taste in your mouth.
An absolute joke. $3.99 extra for Jalapeños and only half the pizza has it. Mozzarella sticks have literally 3 in there and no sauce. What a waste of money and time. This is my last time visiting and I recommend no one visit.
