“These are the best fajitas I’ve ever had,” that’s what my husband said. This is a lovely place, food comes fast and so tasty. We live in NY and there’s not much good Mexican food there and certainly not like this place! They get it right and there’s giant portions for a very fair price. This feast for 2 was $26, with tip!!

We stopped on our way through Ohio and enjoyed a delicious fresh meal here! We ordered the bean dip, chicken soup (caldo de pollo), big steak burrito, a chimichanga a la carte, and kids meals. The bean dip was a delicious flavor and the soup came out hot, fresh, and full of veggies and chicken! My kids can be picky and they both took over my soup! So filling! The steak burrito was delicious flavor and huge! The salsa was a delicious mildly spicy and Smokey version. We absolutely enjoyed the food!

When you order your food make sure they dont put any surprises in your meal, I found plastic wrapped inside of my burrito. You read that right, plastic! Waited for over 10 mins just for someone to even take my order. Typically they are speedy and food is always good. Been going for years. And that is what I am given.

Super experience on all levels! My wife is in a wheelchair and the staff could not have been more helpful. Great deal on Taco Tuesday, we had drinks and a fine time. Highly recommended.

You can tell that the younger staff work the slower shifts. We had a young lady who apparently did not want to write down my wife and i’s order. When we got it, both were wrong, and whenever we wanted her assistance, she wouldn’t stop or hang out with the young man at the register. Finally, an older staff member helped deal with the order. When the check came, nothing was discounted, and she even rang up a margarita at full price when it was margarita night. This used to be a place we liked coming to. However, like the Bechtel location, we are slowly leaning towards other choices.

Canceled my online order for no reason when it was time to pick it up. I was literally getting out of my car for pickup and they text me that they canceled my order. Not gonna bother coming back. Taco Bell has better service.

Great food. The chorizo and cheese sauce on the Pollo Loco was incredible. The chicken wings were meaty and hot. We will return. Our server Jennifer was super efficient and attentive.

Ordered there last weekend they made our order wrong, we called there and told the manager we didn’t want to come back out in the cold & snow and he offered to remake later. Called manager last night he refused to make our order. Told him we’d like to speak to the owner he said owner will say the same thing, no! This location has gone downhill the last year after us eating there for many years, we won’t be back! This place needs a new manager
