Bacon is perfect! Coffee is a good brew! Had the Sampler plate. All pretty good. Hash Browns were a bit overcooked on my plate and undercooked on my husband’s, Country breakfast plate. French Toast was hot and tasty. Everything else delicious! Our waitress, super friendly! Great little breakfast spot!

I went to this cafe for the first time on Christmas Eve, The food was incredible, but the service was very poor, My waitress never refilled my coffee at all, I had another waitress that topped off my coffee, so I had one coffee refill and my water cup was never refilled at all. When she brought the check she never asked if I wanted anything else, so the service was very dissatisfying, but the food was excellent it came out pretty quickly and warm and delicious so I would recommend this place but on this day the service was very dissatisfying.

they’re gonna open one in Waller soon and I decided to go check it out in Tomball first and I had seen the menu online and I ordered the roast beef open sandwich and it’s been years since I’ve seen that available and it was huge and it was delicious but I saw soup right before she pulled the menu away and it said chili and I said I’m gonna want a chili to go let me tell you something that chili is so freaking good. It’s the best chili I’ve ever bought from someone now I’ve had people make chili excellent but this is good. This is the best I’ve ever bought from the restaurant. I highly recommend it and the roast beef was supreme.

I have enjoyed coming here for awhile but if you can’t trust the wait staff to modify your tip amount then I don’t want to trust the rest of the employees either.

Take a trip back to the 50’s and beyond! The walls are adorned with fascinating memorabilia largely based on train travel of yesteryear. The hospitality and menu are, as the same as that bygone era, gracious and good.

I’ve always said I can judge a breakfast spot by their chicken fried steak. Y’all.. this one did not disappoint!! Not only was this plate massive, but it was cooked perfectly!! I was also able to try some French toast and that was amazing as well. This little hole in the wall has some big flavor, and even better service! Stop by if you’re in the area and I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

Have only been there for breakfast and it was reallt good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend for breakfast. If you like pancakes, ask for the cinnamon pecan pancakes. Delicious!
