I don’t normally write reviews, but this was a poor experience I have not been able to rectify. I ordered a burger and fries yesterday, and the burger was obviously old – like at least a day old. It was hard and burnt, and generally tasted strange. The fries were fine, and the girls up front were all lovely. However, what stood out to me when I first walked in was how filthy the restaurant was – the floors were caked in dirt and shoe tracks. There was food and drink spilled, and just smeared all over the floors. The bathrooms were the dirtiest I have seen – and the drink station, condiments were all so filthy. I was in a few months ago, and had a great experience, so am not sure what the problem is – but it was such a bad experience, I wanted to suggest to others to not waste the money, as it’s not cheap to eat there.

I had never heard of Cheeseburger Bobby’s since we’re from a neighboring state and this chain only exists in GA. But while driving around on a Sunday evening, we decided to give it a try. I really like the concept of being served one of their menu item hamburgers and then being able to add fresh toppings and condiments from the serving bar. My wife and I both ordered the bacon cheeseburger – her’s with onion rings and mine with fries. She only added onions from the topping bar but I loaded mine up with onions, lettuce, pickles and tomato. Since we ordered “to go”, I grabbed ketchup, ranch and Bobby’s sauce from the condiment station. We were staying about five minutes away so the burgers were still hot and fresh. She was pleased with her onion rings but I was less impressed with the fries. The taste was OK but they were a bit soggy and I don’t think that was due to our order being takeout. Service was very friendly and helpful.
Both of us would definitely order from Cheeseburger Bobby’s again.

Where shall I start…… Cashier asked my order multiple times and still got it wrong. Cook had his long necklace inside my food as I watched him cook and plate it. I paid for an extra patty, and the cook tried to give me a half sized patty after paying full price. Barely any toppings were put onto the Mexicana Burger that I ordered and the chorizo looked raw. The other worker came out of the kitchen without wearing gloves, reached into the burger toppings bar and grab veggies with bare hands….. It’s a definite NO for me and my family! I asked for a refund and quickly left to never return again. Gross

Burger was good, fries were cooked in oil that looked like it hadn’t been changed in 2 years. They literally looked like sweet potato fries.
Cleanliness was not very good, condiment bar was kind of gross considering they they were pretty slow when got there just before dinner. They should have gotten the place and food area nice and clean for the dinner crowd.

I stopped here with my girlfriend because she’s obsessed with some app called upside because it gives discounts to gas and restaurants.
I wasn’t in the biggest mood for a burger especially from a new restaurant that online looked like a fast food place.
I’m very glad we went and I was wrong, walking in it’s like a 5 guys sort of restaurant, Jackson was our cashier and he was super friendly and helped me choose what to order since I’ve never been here before.
I loved the fact that I got to add all the toppings as much or little as I wanted. It brought back many great memories of Fuddruckers.
The burger was absolutely delicious, I do wish I would have ordered the double patty because of the amount of toppings I put on the burger. Great taste, very reasonably priced. I also loved the fact that I could order half fries and half onion rings. Very cool touch.
All the employees were super nice and friendly and kept the place running super well and clean.

Love how they make you feel welcomed & at home. They use angus beef, cut the fries fresh & all the veggies you can think of, on the veggie bar, to make your burger your way. Do you see how pretty & green that lettuce is. Perfection. It was so fresh it looked like they just picked it from the garden. The bun was soft. They offer a variety of fry seasoning. The condiments are dispensed from a pump & you can put it right on your food, onto the paper on your metal tray or into a cup. The drink area was clean & tidy. Very clean establishment & nice staff. Plus they have an app to earn rewards.

The past 3 times Ive been, or tried to eat here they are closing at least 30 minutes or more before closing time. Last time we came to eat inside and they had us leave 45 minutes before close so they could clean up. I understand the need to get home, however the hours should be adjusted if so. If not id appreciate if they hours here would be more reliable. My family and I love to eat here it’s disappointing to have this experience multiple occasions in a row. Tonight the store was closed 30 minutes earlier than close of course. I’d appreciate the hours to be accurate.

They fix your meat and you do the toppings!
It’s attached to bojangles so don’t be confused there is no drive thru. The seating is set up nicely great for kids families and friends. I enjoyed the out door seating. It’s covered with about 4-5 tables and a trash can outside. There are gloves and hand sanitizer available for you as well. I had a cheese burger and was curious about the onion rings so the cook through one in my fry batch! Very nice customer service.
It is located in a great area, lots of shopping and entertainment in close proximity.

Came in yesterday with wife and son around noon (Sat. July 11, 2022). Place was moderately busy but started getting busier close to 12:30.
If you haven’t been to a Cheeseburger Bobby’s it’s basically a burger bar with other menu items.
When we entered we were greeted by cheerful staff. The young guy at the counter (Blake) was professional and very friendly, and quickly took our order. We got our drink cups and sat to wait for our burgers.
Burgers came out in about 5 minutes, and everything was cooked to perfection.
I had the Bobby’s burger, just a basic burger, with some fries. The burger was fresh and had the perfect amount of tenderness and moisture. The fries were fried to an awesome golden brown and had the ultimate blend of crispness on the outside and good old fresh tenderness on the inside. At the fixin’s bar I added my mandatory mustard, jalapeños and onions. All the bar items were fresh.
My wife tried the turkey burger and really enjoyed it. I also tried a bite and agreed. Our son had a bacon burger and even though he wasn’t hungry he finished it, since he said it was very good.
I had the unsweetened tea mixed with lemonade, tea was fresh and good.
All in all the place is in a great location near everything downtown, easy access from Main St., the staff are professional, efficient, and friendly, the joint is clean, and prices are on par with similar establishments, so you definitely can’t go wrong. If you are new to Cheeseburger Bobby’s, then definitely give them a try. If you’re an old school CB lover, you’ll be happy with this location.

Was decent. Fries were a bit to cooked for me but still tasted decent. The chilli cheeseburger was ok but seemed to be not quite there with the flavor. Like didn’t have that zing to it. Sort of like a potato chip flavored that but very lightly flavored.
