Eggs Up Grill in Rome traces its roots to Pawleys Island, South Carolina where it was founded in 1997 with a menu featuring classic, All-American dishes, along with twists on traditional favorites. The restaurant takes pride in perfectly cooking fresh, hand-cracked eggs 14 different ways. Menu categories include made-to-order omelets and benedicts, pancakes, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches, as well as famous home fries, the Founder’s recipe corned beef hash, and buttery, grilled blueberry muffins. Lunch choices included juicy burgers, tasty sandwiches, wraps and salads.

I absolutely loved my experience! My waitress were super talkative but not overly. She complimented me. The food was delicious. I got the gravy and biscuits, and my boyfriend got the crab cake benny. We loved it. Definitely recommend.

I got the shrimp and grits. I love me some bell peppers but I felt they were just everywhere in this dish and was just a tiny bit crunchy making the texture a bit off for me. It was just alot going on for the grits. Great customer service and atmosphere.The lady at the door was a sweetheart.

Yahayra was a fantastic server and the food was fast and delicious! The service was especially impressive because we came in on New Year’s Day, so it was packed (For good reason)! All of the staff was kind and accommodating bustling around with grace during a busy morning. We definitely recommend!

We have gone to this location many times and we had never had a problem until now. We went out to get breakfast with the family on New Year’s Eve and they were quite busy. Nonetheless we had good service and the food was good. However once we got home we realized they had overcharged us. I tried calling as soon as I noticed but no one answered. So we went in person twice (mind you it’s a 30 minute drive one way for us) and they have yet to fix this issue. We have the receipt that shows how much was suppose to be charged ($133) and they charged us $37 more($170 in total). They didn’t ask for a signature when we paid and we left our tip in cash. At this point, this situation is very unprofessional and it feels like someone is being dishonest. According to the manager the owner is suppose to reach out and they have not yet. It is very disappointing given our prior positive experiences.
