I will never eat here again. I ordered a McChicken meal deal tonight and my sandwhich came in a used wrapper that was smeared with old cheese and ketchup. My husband tried to call the store and the number is disconnected. We have reported them to Snohomish Health Department. If you can’t even throw away dirty, used materials, it horrifies me what other cleanliness and food handling issues are happening. Praying I don’t get sick as I consumed the rest of the other food in my order before finding this.

my husband wait 10 minutes while two other people ahead in drive thru,,made him go to the forward window to pay and pick up food and this is what a quarter pound supposed to look like with cheese. It’s a joke and we are done for good w this Establishment ,looks like somebody was pissed off dropped it on the floor threw it down on the bun and just threw it in there. It doesn’t even have cheese on it and it’s got holes all in it like somebody was pissed off at the world. I didn’t eat it. It went trash

I don’t go to this McDonald’s often, but most times when I go here there’s always something wrong with my order. This time I was too far to go back and tell them, so I called, just to be told that I have to come back and get the rest of my order and they cannot refund for items that I’ve purchases on the app, because they don’t know how to do that.

Really? You’re a multi billion dollar company. I hardly ever (maybe twice per year) come to McDonald’s. I came to get my kid ice cream and a thing of medium fries for $9 after a dr appointment. $9 for a cup of messy sludge not even filled and all over the outside of the cup. (See pics). How is this acceptable???!!!! Gross.

I usually never have complaints about this location, but today I found two medium length black hairs in my snackwrap 🙁 (I’m a ginger, so quite the difference) It definitely happens sometimes but its still very unpleasant.

I moved to the area about 7 months ago. I usually don’t write reviews but every time I’ve gone here there’s always an issue. Drive thru messed up like I’m sitting at one sign and 3 other cars have gone through before I get my turn, order’s wrong or items missing. I don’t know what these high schoolers are doing in the back but their job isn’t one of them.

I told the employee at the front counter I needed to catch a bus in 15 minutes and it seemed almost as if he was intentionally taking a long time. Among acting like he did not hear me when I spoke actually all of the employees I tried to ask how much longer. I ended up having to leave the food behind because they never gave it to me. I would have missed my bus, and I wasn’t about to have to wait another hour for the next one over a frappe and a mcdouble. After I caught my bus I called them to ask if I can come by at a different time since I had already paid for my order but no one answered. Ridiculously slow and rude customer service at this establishment!
