Tonight we went into Chipotle and had a great experience! The two young men working were very nice and did us right! The young man making the burritos did a great job. My husband only gets meat and shredded cheese. My daughter gets a little rice, chicken, and shredded cheese. Most chipotle locations barely give them any meat and they end up with mostly tortilla. Tonight they had a normal portion of meat and my bowl was done great too! The young man checking us out was super nice too. This was a way better experience than the San Angelo locations! Thanks guys!

Great restaurant. One of the better chipoltle locations i have gone to. The employees were efficient and very good at their jobs. The rice could have been cooked a bit longer; some of the grains were tough. Also found some big pieces of onion in the guacamole, which wasn’t great. But overall, great place.

I had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill recently! From the moment I walked in to pick up my order, the customer service was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-kept, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
I tried the new honey chicken with double chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and the rice was cooked fresh and perfectly fluffy. Everything tasted amazing and was prepared just the way I like it.
The only downside is that there’s no drive-through, so if you order ahead for takeout, you do have to go inside to pick it up. But honestly, the great service and fresh food make it worth the quick trip inside. Highly recommend giving this location a try!

We bought two servings tonight. After my youngest son had been eating for a while, he said the food tasted strange today, and when I looked closely, I discovered that the rice they had cooked was undercooked.They cooked the rice alive and still sold it to us. They do not know that eating undercooked rice can cause stomach problems affecting consumer health. I hope they can check before they selling out

I’ve been very few places that don’t take accountability for their mess-ups! Chipotle is one of them. Their customer service is horrible, who wants to talk to a bot(Pepper) in a chat that does absolutely nothing! I’ve given Chipotle 3 times and this is my last. I have went at 3 different times of the day hoping for freshness and quality and have repeatedly gotten burned chicken each time. It would be nice to actually speak to a real person to tell you guys to STOP serving burnt up chicken! This was their last chance and they can keep the credit they never were even issuing me!

Was delighted to see chicken Al Pastor back on the menu when placing an online order. Until I got my order home. What used to be my favorite is now chicken with spicy barbecue sauce. So gross. Barbecue sauce doesn’t go with the other items I ordered in my bowl. Paid $4.60 for extra chicken and had 6-7 bites of chicken all together. My order was Thursday Feb 19, 2026 at 10:15 pm.
The inconsistent quality is to much, I have gotten burned on my order to many times. Won’t be back.

There were 3 of us and we shared a bowl: rice, barbacoa, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. We each ordered a small guacamole, which was delicious. We got a bag of chips and teas.

Trash. Door dashed and paid 6 dollars for extra steak and got 4 small steak pieces. Order was wrong.Order was cold like it was in the.Refrigerator. didn’t even order lettuce but lettuce was draped over the top of my whole bowl added corn when i didnt even order it. Wont order again

This time however….while I was sitting at my table waiting on my wife and son to get our order, I believe it was the manager, pointed at me out and told me to eat or leave. I was completely like what ! I am sure she does that to other consumers than just me.
Also bath rooms were horrible and prep area disgusting.
