Damn, when I wanted JIB on my way to/back from sac, this was one of my go to spots. Haven’t been back in a while, but I got smacked in the face. This franchise def is now on the pricy side. Higher prices than other JIBs that I’ve been to in the (extended) bay area. Will probably try another one to see how they compare and see if its worth another review update in the future. But going to hard pass for a $15(!) fast food meal.

Day shift is not that great they don’t prepare the food with any care barely any condiments and don’t pay attention to extra add on but have no problem charging for them but the night shift they show they value your business and it’s always great

Came around 9 a clock on september 25 me and my girlfriend have been driving all day so we decided to get some tacos from jack in the box when we arrived no one said hello at the speaker so we go up to the window to see if we can order the man says if we ordered 4 tacos no one was behind us so I thought it was strange I tell him no I haven’t ordered he proceeds to yell and go off saying well you cant order here! He was so angry and bothered but you can just tell he hates his job and decided to take it out on me I didn’t argue back just said how it is and that you shouldn’t be acting like this because you despise what you me and my girlfriend just left without saying anymore he was so heated up thats not someome we wanna get served by at all very unprofessional staff at this location all I wanted was some tacos lol just had the misfortune to go to a restaurant with a staff member who does not like their job.

I am sure if you are a morning manager running the Drive-through you probably shouldn’t gesture with fingers to customers ( indicating” pay-me) you could use adult words like ” The total is”. Furthermore while handing the customer food it’s ok to say thank you not ” There you go” and ” ” Geesh!have a nice day) some folks just shouldn’t be around the paying public and just sweep parking lots.(((edit) there was a time when I would visit this location several times a week. I certainly would( and did) rate five stars. The food was always right and the service was of what you would expect. I went in again today ordered a number 10 and a jumbo jack( no cheese) . the burger in the combo had a glob of mayonnaise you could dress ten burgers in and the jumbo jack was nothing but a pattie N bun. Horrible… Things are probably better now that everyone gets at least 20.00 a hr, I wouldn’t know.
No longer bother with this swill. ( you think about spending 20.00 here, add 30.00 more N you have a proper food situation from Costco.

May 16, 2021 Sunday, My family And I went here at jack in the box Red Top to eat dinner, so, I ordered #11 and the rest are #5, when the guy called our order number, we just received sandwiches only. So I start asking questions, why sandwiches only? in the description on #11 and #5 it shows sandwich, fries and drinks. What a damn fast food. I already told to my friends not to eat there. Tables and floor are dirty. NOT RECOMMEND……..
