The past two times we’ve come to this McDonald’s the service has been incredibly slow. With only two cars ahead of us it took 10 minutes. And the time before they were having everybody go to the curbside and that took 20 minutes. I would understand if they were busy but they weren’t.

I dont know why I even try going here any more 3 times in a row, I can not get the correct order. This time real simple, double cheese burger extra onions is the only thing I ordered. I got 7 pickles 7 I counted them and no onions IT EVEN SAYS XTRA ONIONS on the wrapper. It is so frustrating everyime I go here.

Slowest fast food service ever. It’s like they forgot that they are part of the fast food industry and move at their own time. Picking up for mobile services here is even worse. Half the time they dont announce that your order is done and won’t place it in the cubby to let you know that its complete they just let them hang out in the back

I sat in the 2nd bay of the drive thru for 7 minutes. So I came inside, and had to stand at the counter for 11 minutes before someone even noticed me! Then it took another 15mins to get my 2 items. This is absolutely the worst experience I have had here! None have been great through. This place needs a new manager that knows how to run a fast food restaurant

I used to appreciate this mcdonald’s because it was much faster than Columbus, but since they got all the Columbus employees it has become exponentially slower.

I won’t be doing that again the fries were so old and bad I actually made them give me new ones. The cheese on my filet of fish sandwich was 1/3 piece of an American cheese slice and it was mostly hanging over the edge. The chocolate shake machine has been out of order the last 3 times I’ve ordered one. I’m done.

every time i order from this place always something is missing. i placed a to go order which took 45 mins to get here, and was missing my other cheeseburger my frie and any sauce i tried calling to ask about it and i said “hi i placed a to go order 45mins ago” and they automatically hung up. I tried to call again and said hello i just called about a togo and you hung up on me they sat there and said absolutely nothing and i could only hear background noise. so obviously mcdonald’s is mcdonald’s

First of all, there’s never been a time that I didn’t have to pull up front just for an order of fries and a hamburger, second this pathetic fillet of fish. I just can’t believe this piece of cheese and a small piece of fish and glob of tartar sauce. The fries were cold and not even completely cooked. They were still white and limp. I ate about six of them. Had to throw the whole lunch away. Would you eat this? I have to say this is the worst McDonald’s all of Billings area. I always say I’m never gonna go back, but I always give them another chance. I definitely have to stop wasting my money on this disgusting product.
