My meat from my bowl was raw. It was steak and it was raw. Maybe they should be more worried about cooking their meat then the portion sizes their employees give train your employees better. They shouldn’t work if they don’t know how to cook meat correctly.

Is it me or is Chipotle going downhill? Got here at 2pm on a Sunday. One girl was working her tail off as the solo person on the line. One guy was at the cash register who ended up coming to the line to help. I had to ask him to change gloves before grabbing our cheese. They were out of barbacoa and cheese was basically out. Tables were dirty. They were out of forks and napkins at the self-service counter. Trash was overflowing.

I went to the new one in Hutto and they didn’t have any steak! No STEAK! What?! Steak is a staple at Chipotle and you’re out! The young man on the assembly line shouts back at the cook..”can you start some more steak?” Sir you have a line behind me and I’m pretty sure they want steak as well! You know what? Never mind I’ll go to the one in pflugerville! Get there and they have steak.. it’s on the grill! The young lady on the line says we’re out of steak? Huh? Oh wait we have some just a minute.. she takes my bowl to the grill and comes back with what looks like 2 pieces of steak! NO I need more than that! She smerks at me and says this will be a triple meat! Ma’am I don’t care just give me what I ask for! I’m not poor and I know what I want! Chipotle please teach your team to anticipate the sale especially during the dinner rush, give customers the proper portions and the extras they ask for and most of all be polite! Customer service is difficult I get it but you get what you give.

I visited the Chipotle in Pflugerville and had an issue with one of the team members. When I brought it to the manager, Carmen, she handled the situation professionally and with great care. She immediately apologized for her team member’s behavior and made sure everything was corrected right away. Her customer service was excellent and truly made the experience much better. Thank you, Carmen, for your kindness and for taking responsibility — it really shows great leadership. I’ll definitely be returning!

I ordered a pickup for the first and the last time I dont remember chipotle being so stingy i personally believe if they want more service give good portions not two small scoops of food like theres people out here wanting to eat at chipotle and is expecting good portions of food you dont wanna go to a five star restaurant and get half a burger or two fries right no you came there to get the full meal not just half. Im extremely irritated and mad at the fact they did this, this is really selfish behavior. And for the price i paid for my food to only get half this is really disgusting and i personally believe I should get a refund i shouldnt be paying 20+ on food there to only get halfassed like this is outrageous. This location is the cleanest chipotle I’ve been too. I look at the floors where they are preparing food and how the general appearance of the food looks and it was clean. It never fails tho my chips were stale. I ordered small chips to go with my bowl because every time the chips are stale. There was also only one person making the food so there was a wait but finally another employee came to help.

I hadn’t been to Chipotle in some time because the last time I went to the store in Pflugerville the quality of food was down and the interior was dirty. Will I decided to try them again and I was there at 2:30 PM so no lunch crowd. Not to my surprise the interior was dirty. The tables hadn’t been cleaned and food was on the floor and trash cans were totally full. Will not be coming back any time soon, highly disappointed!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle branch tonight. The lady serving the food was giving very small portions — I literally had to ask her to add more for almost every item. When I politely asked why she was serving such small amounts, she didn’t respond and seemed upset. That’s not the kind of service I expect from Chipotle.
However, I want to mention that one of the male staff members was very kind and professional. He even let me try a small sample of one of the proteins, and when I told him the meat was too spicy for me, he kindly offered to prepare a new bowl with different protein and rice. Unfortunately, he got busy helping other customers, so that lady ended up finishing my order — and that’s when the poor experience happened.
I really appreciated the gentleman’s great service, but overall, the experience with the portioning and attitude of the other staff member was disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location.
